They claim overnight shipping for live animals or they won't ship. We'll it's been a week now and my pets will be dead on arrival and they do not care I even paid 60 bucks shipping the most expensive one to make sure they would get the fastest shipping available

I was charged through PayPal in February and told my order would ship out in two weeks it is now the middle of April and I've gotten no update and still no order

I would love to right a better review but I have to be honest. My order was 1 fahaka puffer (39.99), 1 flagtail prochilodus (68.99), and 2 zebra lace angelfish (14.99 ea). The first issue I had was that I was notified they were out of the zebra lace angelfish and we agreed to swap them with Koi Angelfish. That would have been fine except I looked at the website and they did have zebra lace and the price had jumped to 34.99 ea... not cool. Second issue was shipping but that was on FedEx so I didn't dock them for this. 3rd issue was a BIG one. When they finally arrived my Fahaka puffer was so tiny I could barely see it in the bag. The description was for 2.5-3 INCHES and the one I received was barely 2cm. Not cool. The fourth issue is with the flagtail prochilodus. He came big and colorful so a plus there but he has notches taken out of his fins and more importantly seems to be having swim ladder issues. Not worth a 1 star because they did get me 4 fish delivered and still alive after 3 days but regardless of the other issues I was very disappointed in the size of my Fahaka. Just be honest with your customers. I don't usually post reviews but your company seems to have a decent set up don't ruin it by lying to your customers. I spent almost $200 for 4 fish after the crazy shipping fees but did so confident that you would treat me well....and now feel like I got hustled so you could save a couple dollars. As it stands unless something is done to make this right I will not be a return customer. But I'm a fare guy call me and make it right, I'll be happy to edit my review.

I have done business with Pet Zone a few times now and never had any problems with any of my orders. They are one of the few professional and honest businesses left these days. Make sure to read and understand about the size of the pet you are getting. Most fishes I have bought have been between .75 to 2 inches when I get them. And they do tell you this if you read the description. And I usually get my shipment quick also. Just read and understand what you are buying and the size it will be when you receive it. You will not have any problems doing business with these guys and they where really nice on the phone when I called with questions also. Hope this review helps you guys. I normally don’t write reviews but made a exception for this place because they run a really good business. ✌️
