Ordered 10 danios from them. Was totally willing to pay for the overnight shipping. However, when they arrived they looked horrible and after not even 24 hours of not having them 5 died. Then another 24 hours passed and the other 5 died. They will only give me a partial refund in “store credit” it’s ridiculous. Will be my last time ordering through this company.

I ordered it 2 weeks ago and still have not gotten my fish.

I purchased several African dwarf frogs from this company. I payed for overnight express shipping which is the only option when buying live animals for $50.00. Which was totally fine, expect i did not receive my frogs overnight, once they shipped out it took fed ex 4 days to get them to me and unfortunately they all died in transit. I messaged pet zone about a refund for the shipping and was told I had to make a claim with fed ex and keep them updated. Which I did, I emailed them several times with updates and got no further response. Fed ex then said that I was actually not supposed to make the claim that it was the companies responsibility to. I sent another email, called, and texted the number and never got a response. So I reemailed Petzone asking again if they could simply send an email to fedex. I showed proof that my delivery was 4 days late and I had been in contact sense the first day they weren’t delivered. I can not get my $80.00 back until this company emails fed ex. And all my frogs are dead. I understand shipping is not the companies fault but they could Atleast so there part and be more aware that they are forcing customers to pay a $50.00 express fee when they can’t even promise express shipping. An email to fed ex and a response to me would take all of 5 mins but I have been trying sense March to get this refund. Over all terrible experience and extremely frustrating.

FIRST OF ALL, WRONG ITEMS HAVE BEEN SENT, BUT I CALLED, WITH GREAT RESPONCE, CORRECT ITEMS WILL BE SENT, WHICH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED YET, SO HOPFULLY I WILL RECEIVE THEM SOON, THANKS.

Hello my fish arrived online and doing well. Not my first time ordering from pet zone will continue to order from them.

bought 6 different fish one died the morning after delivery. Other fish are still alive so water is obviously not the issue. They won't work with me in the slightest to replace. Don't buy from here as you won't get any customer service they just want your money they are not enthusiasts no matter what spin they try to put on it. Buyer Beware, you have been warned.
