Bad therapist!
The therapist assigned to my mom was so rude and argumentative. My mom is 85 and got so confused and he just berated her, she was almost in tears. I went to talk to him and he was also rude to me. Worse experience ever, trying to get a refund but I’m not keeping my hopes up. Never trying to do this online again.

Licensed Mental Health professionals who provide actual help.
The whole process was easy, but what I liked best was you get to actually speak with a mental health professional licensed in your state. The therapist I spoke with was very caring, listened to my problems & provided very good feedback.

It works but more expensive than
So this is legit and works BUT if you have a therapist and just need a letter for an apartment, they can do it for free. And if you need the registration for the certification, it’s still half the price. I was in a bind and needed it asap and didn’t think to email my therapist. Also, the therapist I met with rescheduled me for an hour and a half later and then she was over 30 mins late. I didn’t love that but I got my letter. So I wish that they were cheaper…
