Fast, East, Great service

Still do not have a refund
Still do not have a refund! Have been in contact for over a month! I requested the refund hours after my purchase! Your refund policy states FULL REFIND WITHIN 7 days of purchase. I requested day 1! I have reached out multiple times and I always get a repsonsd to “this or that” “so sorry”, blah blah. Just give my money back!!!!! Orginal purchase 2/18, request on 2/19, 2/22. Ready for BBB

unclear advertising
Unreliable. The website markets that you get the letters in 24-48 hours. Apparently this is only true if you have a cat and not a dog. Hiding behind the T&Cs. This should be clearly stated on the marketing not just the terms and conditions.
