This is a scam service
This is a scam service. They use a 3rd party therapy and psychiatry site for the letters, but they are not legitimate. Most apartment complexes are not aware or do not care enough to did into it. After paying nearly $200 months ago, they began charging me for a subscription I never signed up for.

Hi Kayla, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience has left you feeling this way. Pettable partners with licensed mental health professionals who conduct independent evaluations and determine whether an ESA letter is clinically appropriate based on each individual's circumstances. We understand, however, that your primary concern appears to be regarding unexpected billing, and we'd like the opportunity to review that with you. We take billing concerns seriously and would be happy to investigate your account to determine what occurred and ensure any charges were applied appropriately. If you're willing, please reach out to us with the email address associated with your account so we can look into this for you. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to address your concerns directly. Best regards, The Pettable Team
