We have used pettable every year for…
We have used pettable every year for our ESA animals. Each year, we have found the therapists to be extremely efficient and professional in their service and supports as well as timely in scheduling and completing their assessments. Customer service has been as helpful, efficient and professional in servicing any questions and further service needs, should any arise. We have been very please with Pettable through the years. And have recommended Pettable to friends who also required the service.

Excellent Service as Described
Pettable makes the experience seamless and convenient. I was called at the time of my appointment and we went over a few questions. After that, within a couple days I got my ESA letter. Quick and easy!

Excellent Customer Service!
I had a wonderful experience working with my customer support agent, Florence! She was incredibly kind, responsive, and understanding of my time-sensitive situation while renewing my ESA letter.
