Absolutely terrible experience where the things I ordered never arrived and they refused to refund me, even though the tracking shows that the order is back in their hands. Downright thieves who have the worse customer service ever.

7/9/23 Update: They sent me a message that they will see if they can cancel the order and I should respond back to the email after 2 days, but when I try to multiple times to respond to the email, it says my email is blocked. The tracking now says that it was sent back to the shipper, but no refund and no other communication for the past month. 6/21/23: Literally called & emailed company to cancel my order within 10 min of placing the order and was sent to a voicemail. Left a message to cancel my order and emailed the same request. Just heard back, 3 days later that they canno cancel my order. Per other reviews, and their website, I will be responsible for sending the item back to china. This is ridiculous. I should’ve be able to cancel an order that I placed 8 min before. From other reviews, there are big issues with quality and the size of the blankets. This type of FB online company should be avoided. I will leave a review regarding the quality if I receive the product. I am highly dissatisfied with the policy and customer service.

The item was never received. The USPS returned it back to the company. The USPS has tracked the entire route and return back to OWNKOTI, but that is not where the product comes from. A company front named, Shirotech. A faceless warehouse. No way for customer to contact. Over 7 emails to Ownkoti 'customer service' to request a refund. Never received product, want money back. The company's only response, Ownkoti will send the blanket back, for an extra $20. ?? The blanket was sent directly back to Shirotech in Indianapolis, IN 46219, (where the item originated) No phone for Shirotech, and the Better Business Bureau can not find a Shirotech business listed with them! Its a scam! Buyer beware!

This is a pretty classic bait and switch online Chinese retailer. There's no ability to return the items, so they are not as described, but there's nothing you can do about it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I ordered 2 pairs of the women’s lounge pajamas on April 21. I kept checking the tracking for my order with no details available. Then June 10 the tracking said that my purchase was delivered May 15 to a location in Indianapolis, IN. My delivery address is Minneapolis, MN. After multiple emails to the company they kept telling me to follow up with tracking and the postal service. The company did not respond to my requests for a refund since the merchandise was never delivered to my location. I finally had to contact my credit card company to dispute this order and get credit for this purchase that has never been delivered. Ownkoti provided the worst customer service and did not deliver their product or refund when it was obvious it had been delivered incorrectly.

I ordered the reversible ginkgo quilt and even though I was disappointed that it was from China the quality and colors are not disappointing! The colors are so vibrant and craftsmanship better than I could’ve hoped for. Even the delivery was pretty quick! I would definitely order again from Ownkoti

This is my first time working with your company. I have always been wary of dealing with companies not in the united states. This exchange only confirms my concern. I ordered 2 bath towels for my grand daughters. They arrived on time. The problem is the texture of the material used. I thought they would be terry cloth like all other towels I use. No to be. What I got is some rough material. Not something to wrap around. I am 72 years old and not computer friendly. So I have only have bad feelings of your willingness to make contacting your company easy. All I want is a towel (2) that is soft to the touch and the little girls will like using then. I do not have any receipts as I ordered online nor do I have any pictures due to my lack of knowledge on computer usage. So please help me with my frustation. Thank you.
