Scam site that sells cheap temu garbage with huge markups. Straight up lied about the materials used. Images are AI generated. Returns portal refuse to issue a full refund and ask you to pay for the shipping of returns and also issue a BS "restocking fee". I've filed a dispute on the charge with my bank as it's clear they will only waste your time. In short do not buy from this scummy Chinese company that sells you cheap garbage and has no returns policy.

They were a good company when I bought my bedspread about 2-3 years ago. I recently ordered 2 robes never recieved them. Their response was to have me fill out a bunch of forms for a claim but due to their now lack of caring about their customers I don't think I'll ever see my 145.00. If you ordered in the past and were happy, they aren't who they used to be now...

Kimono, poor quality and overpriced. Item cost $100+ NZD, same item would be less than $15 0n temu.

Buyer beware...don't engage with this company. If you're dissatisfied with an item, even if it's nothing as described, you're on the hook to pay return shipping to China. I ordred a so-called "velvet" pillow as a gift for a friend. What I received is nothing like described. Upon opening it, immediately I could see the pillowcase was a thin, cheap fabric of some sort that the company is trying to "pretend" is velvet. It's horrible quality. Truly. Upon inquiring about returning it, I was told I could of course ship it back to China at my expense. They claimed there was no quality issue. LOL...there's a HUGE quality issue. They asked me for pictures before moving forward. Why do I need to take pictures of their product? Do they not know what they sent me? I also told them I didn't even remove the item from its packaging. At any rate, this company is combative and does not have a satisfactory return policy. I'll be glad to take photos of their "velvet" and forward them.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND ITS TERRIBLE MERCHANDISE SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. This is a website based outside the UK, and they are out and out scammers. They list items that look beautiful, and send out cheap imitations. They will not then accept returns nor give you a refund. Do no touch them with barge pole. My so called "natural coir" doormat, priced at over £100, was made of cheap 100% plastic. Dealing with their customer service is enough to drive you to drink - it's basically a bot. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, YOU WILL NEVER GET IT BACK.

The housecoat came only looking vaguely like the advertising. The material poor quality and is thinner than cheap sheets. It also was about 3 sizes larger than their size chart indicated. Unwearable and took weeks to come arriving with no warning.

Received pyjamas from this company masquerading as an Australian website. I went up a size from a 10 to a 12-14 to make sure they fit. When they arrived the sizing was more for a size 8. Three emails later the so called Australian website kept replying to my request for a refund with a discount on my next item. Finally hear back with a return address which is in China. Postage has to be paid by consumer and then a 20 percent re stocking fee. I have left this with PayPal. If you’re in Aust think before you buy anything.
