I ordered the ginko lightweight reversible quilt. I was a bit concerned that it would not be sturdy because "gauze" is in the description. It took forever to arrive from China and I thought my money was gone, but it was worth the wait. This is one of the best and most carefully made home products I have ever ordered. It feels wonderful, it withstood washing with no changes. I like this particular pattern (which I ordered for my guest room) so much that about a month later I ordered the exact same pattern for my own room. I have to be really impressed with something to write a review and I'm writing this because of pleasant surprise despite I had some concerns about legitimacy. Also, I found their customer service via email and Instagram very responsive, also a surprise

This company is located in China and a return is almost impossible. I don't think it will be worth even trying to return because postage to China is very, very expensive. I won't get anything back by the time they subtract the shipping. If you do order, be aware the sizes are very small compared to our sizing system.

While the quality is okay (just okay), the item we ordered doesn't quite fit our queen sized mattress because the binding pulls up the edges a bit. Sadly, the company doesn't have a great return policy, which means I'm stuck with $100 mistake that won't work as a quilt OR I have to spend money shipping the return overseas from the US to only maybe get a refund. The company is pretty clear about this on their website, but I am disappointed with the whole process.

Zero customer service and even though they say they take returns, they make it impossible to do so. First an email asking about how to return - response 3 days later without an address to send the return. Still waiting for an address another 3 days later - still no word. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Plus they want you to pay for all of the shipping back to China. They apparently do not have any hubs anywhere to take care of this sort of thing. Very unhappy.

Received my beautiful blanket in the mail...no surprises it was as beautiful as it appeared in the picture. The size was good for my king size bed.

I was very worried after reading these reviews, but I received my order today and it was exactly what I had hoped for. I'm taking off one star for the lack of any communication, but I am very happy with my purchase.

We saw the bedspreads on Instagram and followed the link to the website. We found the site very easy to navigate and the pictures are very honest. We ended up buying a Queen-sized blue/vermillion geometric pattern and it's EXACTLY as pictured. Once we hung it out in the sun for about 20 minutes, the "new car" smell went away. The weaving is very fine and the design complex. We have dogs who like to dig into the bed, but the manufacture of this spread is so tight that they can't harm it. It's light yet warm and perfect for a US Midwestern summer evening. I am very happy with our purchase and would order again if the need arose. I'm not sure why people are so negative! Of course it takes weeks to get to the US from China...quit being so spoiled and demanding! The colors are beautifully vibrant.

I browsed the website, and was about to order, but after seeing these reviews re returns, impossible to reach customer service and poor quality…I’d rather order from Aliexpress for cheaper, if I want cheap garbage. Have had a similar experience with other companies located in the U.S. as well. This seems to be a trend. No human contact, zero customer service isn’t just an issue with products ordered from China. But I have discovered if you DM the facebook pages, you get better results regarding customer service
