I ordered pyjamas and they took ages to come. When they did arrive they were completely the wrong size. Very disappointing. The return process was long winded. Hugely expensive to post back and the original offer they gave me to keep the goods was 15% refund. However I persevered and said it was against my consumer rights not to refund me. In the end I was sent a beautiful blanket which was the same price as the pyjamas. I also gave the pjs to a friend and she loves them. Although it took a while to get replies at times I found the tone of the emails to be clear and polite and I think we came to a reasonable agreement in the end.

Was in my feed for a long time ... decided to risk it. Product came with odd industrial chem smell - but it washed out easily. Not as soft as I had hoped, but my partner still likes it. For $85 ... I was expecting better tho. Not dissatisfied... but not thrilled.

The material was very rough even though it is cotton. I wanted to return it the same day but they make you pay the return shipping which is very expensive and not worth it. So I am stuck with it. Won’t buy from them due to their return policy

I ordered the Vintage Leaf Cotton Gauze Kimono Robe, feels budget rather than a quality item. (not yet washed), the sizing is extremely small. I'd ordered the Large, I'm a uk 16-18, and the L was approximately a size 12-14. They gave me several options, so I kept the L and gifted it to a friend, but was able to order the XL for a further £15 for postage. The XL which is meant to be a 20-22 was approximately a neat 16. The sizing of these items is way out. I'd advise go up at least 2 sizes if you want a regular fit and if your above a size 16 don't bother. Slow delivery,

My order for a pajama set was sent, but was lost in traveling to my city. I wrote and asked for tracking or replacement, but was informed that they were out of my size. I also received a curtain that I had ordered; it is beautiful and I love it. I finally asked for a refund and they promptly sent it. So the problem I had was not supply but delivery. I would buy from them again. Thank you!

I purchased a pair of pajamas and I ordered them in XL because I like pajamas to be loose. When I opened the package I was excited that the colors were just as gorgeous as advertised. I was disappointed that the fabric was not as soft as expected but the real problem was the sizing; they are cut quite small. Based upon the XL I ordered, I would need a 2 or 3 XL in this product (I wear size US 14 pants and those are typically a bit loose).

This review is for the Simple Plush Bedding set. This product is attractive looking and is very soft and comfortable. Unfortunately there were few small defects in the material. Additionally the sizing is a bit misleading. I ordered a Queen Size Set. The actual size, while sized with the same dimensions for a queen mattress it is actually quite a bit small for covering the bedding. There is almost no overhang on the sides. It just sits flat on the queen mattress. Even with the King size on a Queen bed you will only get a 3” overhang. Maybe an inch more with a thin duvet. Definitely not as pictured on the site. Ownkoti has a typical return policy but it requires overseas shipping . If you decide to buy, I would definitely recommend sizing up.

Ownkoti gives the impression that it is a Japanese company but when you receive the products they are very clearly Chinese. The quality and designs are OK. The delivery took weeks. The products are bundled and taped together tightly, then wraped in a black bag that looks like a bin liner so it looks like it came from a market stall. I ordered 2 sets, one for myself and another as a gift but the presentation is definitely not gift worthy.
