I ordered the orange-red flower jacquard cotton v-neck robe and love it. It's exactly as pictured, and is the soft, comfortable lightweight robe I hoped for, to wear as I start and end my day. The medium fits me like an embrace. The robe is well-made and pleasant to look at. Tracking was detailed and shipping was fast.

BUYER BEWARE - OWNKOTI I purchased two slipcovers from this Facebook online store recently. Received them two days ago and they are of truly poor quality and also do not fit at all as promised. I paid $58 total for two. When I contacted the company, which states that if returned, they MUST refund purchase price in full, they sent back a note saying they would offer me $7 and a 15% credit towards future purchase. They did not provide a return address to send the product back. They said I would have to pay the shipping back to China and “it would be expensive - so how about taking this offer instead??” YIKES. They also stated that the shipping they charged as part of my purchase price would not be returned - even though they also say that I must pay the shipping to return the item. So far from reasonable solution it is not worth the effort. I told them the offer was not acceptable. Waiting to hear back and then will file a complaint with Paypal and ask for full reimbursement if they do not have a better reply in the next round of communication. If I could I would have given zero stars to this company. Will never order from them again.

I recently purchased one comforter and one quilt. One was the wrong orange when it arrived and they don’t accept returns on sale items. But it was really good quality. The second one states it is queen size but barely hangs over each side of the bed (about 3”). I had to turn it horizontally which makes the trim look odd. It’s not quite as luxe as the website photos make it appear but it’s pretty. It’s also very lightweight so I’m not sure I’d call it a quilt. Shipping also takes a while.

The pictures and the reality are two different things. The items look like Japanese material and is just cheap printed cotton badly put together. I would buy it as it is pretty, but worth US$10 and not $70. It's all made in China. Cheap and it is a scam. It might be someone else's website. Not sure.

My quilt didn’t arrive and they tried to tell me a card had been left, it hadn’t. They wanted to charge me extra to redeliver. Total sham. *Update - despite their response Ownkoti still haven’t delivered the quilt. Do not trust this company!

I recently ordered a ginkgo pattern queen size quilt. It took a while to get, but I don’t think it was the companies fault. When I contacted them, they sent updated tracking info and all was good. I have to say I love the quilt. It’s beautiful, and although I paid more than I would usually pay, I just really wanted it. Prior to buying, I searched Amazon, but didn’t see the same quilt. So I bought it. For $139. Fast forward to today. I see a review saying to reverse image it. Do I did. Using the image, I find it on Amazon for $57. I paid 240% more than I needed to. Feeling like a chump! Funny thing. Ownkoti invited me to review the product. Probably their biggest mistake. 2 stars cuz the quilt is nice, but the price is ridiculous.

They are just drop shipping from Ali-express. Reverse google image search any of their products and you can get them for about 1/5th the price. Any claims of it being organic and fair trade are absolute bs as their products are coming from cheapo bulk sale sites and are not made just for them.
