or be 100% sure that you LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the item, and have no concerns about fit, because when I inquired about returning the bedding which I decided didn't suit my space, I was informed that I needed to send it to an address in CHINA (where international shipping would cost more than I paid for the item). This might make sense if it had come directly from China, but it was shipped from Jamaica, NY, and came very quickly, so this is clearly a way for them to "stick" customers with products whether they are great or not.

I ordered 4 photos from Ownkoti because I was really impressed with the advertisement of the product. I waited several weeks only to be informed that my order had been returned to sender. Even though the prices of at Ownkoti were very reasonable, I paid $600.00 for customized frames for the photos. After contacting Ownkoti I was assured that an order was resent to me immediately. After waiting again I finally got my order( almost a month). The photos were sent inside a cardboard box with the exception of 1 which was inside plastic tubing also. A photo that was sent inside a too small box was folded over at each end to make it fit. One of the photo had the merchandise sku# stuck to the actual photo leaving behind sticky residue when it was removed, and alll of them have deep creases and lines from the way they were packaged and shipped. I reached out to Ownkoti once again and never even received a response. Never Again will I order or recommend this company!!!

I too am skeptical about the reviews here. They seem fake based on my own experience researching the vendor. I've decided not to purchase from ownkoti. They don't seem like a legitimate/trusthworthy company. I'd love to be proven wrong.

It’s been 3 weeks and I’ve never received my purchase. I never got an email saying that my order was received or giving me a tracking number, though the payment was taken out of my account the day I made the purchase. Was hoping that it would show, but looks like I will be calling my bank. I was in a hurry and didn’t take a picture of my payment and confirmation page. Will NEVER forget to do that again.

WARNING!! FRAUD I ordered a home decor print and after 2 months I still have yet to receive it. I tried emailing customer service 3 times and they did not respond until weeks later. They kept assuring me the order is coming. The tracking number they provided shows that my package has been traveling around the USA for over a month now. Filing fraud with my bank.

I ordered a so called Halloween wreath from Ownkoti, and received it a few days ago. Horribly cheap quality, and looks nothing as what is shown on their website. You can smell the cheap plastic material. I requested a full refund the very next day using their email address as they requested. This wreath is probably worth $5 USD, instead of what they charged me -- $37.71 USD! Outrageous! They offered me a $10 refund, and 20 percent discount on my next order!!! I said "No.". I simply want my full refund. Will keep everyone posted on this scam. Today is 10/28/21, and here is an update. After much haggling with this vendor, they agreed to give me a 50 percent refund, which I accepted. Returning the item I ordered would require me to mail it back overseas and risk the chances of it getting lost. I will not be ordering anything in the future from this vendor.

i am very dubious about the reviews written here and this company , the address itself is a virtual office. buyers beware .( read their refund policy)
