What attracted me to the pajama is the length of the top. I was looking for a long top that would cover my butt. The promotion picture certainly suggested a longer top. What I received is a short pajama top. The pants are as well. I am 5' 3" and the pant legs are too short for full length and too long for capri. Considering that this is a winterwear, it is a problem for our cold climate. The sleeve length is right for me, as I have short arms. If I was taller, they would be too short. The fabric is not bad. It feels ok and light. The print is delicate, which I like. I will not order from your company again.

No thank you. Shipping takes a long time. Returns are so difficult as to make it not worth it. Fabrics are lovely, but fittings are way off, at least for American bodies.

The website was originally saying it was registered in NM, USA, but it turns out that was just a shell company or non-existing? The supplier for the company is located in mainland China and uses HongKong customer service? If you want to return something, good luck on that. Today I checked its website again and it has removed its USA address.

I want to give this company a 5 star but since my merchandise never arrived and there has been no way for me to get a refund and or find out where my merchandise is. Be very cautious ordering on line. It takes forever to get it, if you actually get it.

Please be aware that the sizing is extremely OFF on pajamas / loungewear. It's not an issue of non-US or non-European sizing, since they offer sizing chart with conversions and measurements. But it's still so wrong. I read other reviews that said they run small, but I ordered TWO sizes up since I wanted the loungewear (especially the top) to be very loose. It was still so small and tight around the chest and hips. Ridiculous for pajamas to be this tight! Fabric is soft and the prints are lovely, but sizing issue combined with 3 week shipping time & then complicated expensive returns process means I won't bother ordering from Ownkoti again.

Ordered a quilt and pillowcase set, which arrived after a few weeks. When I opened the package, I could tell the product was not as good as it looked on the advertisement. The pattern felt very pixelated and cheap to me, and the colors, while the same colorway I saw, felt muted. I went to connect to their customer service about a return and learned that 1. you must email them for the return address, which is likely in China 2. You must pay for the return shipping and tracking 3. They have to 'accept' your return in order to issue a refund 4. The email address provided doesn't work - I entered it in by copying and pasting and keep getting a failure from my email provider saying that "Message length exceeds limit set by recipient." I plan to resolve with my payment method provider, but this is not the high-quality product I expected, and it certainly has a low-quality level of customer service.

While the website states that everything is returnable,but when I tried to return a quilt they told me I would have to pay return shipping to China, which "would be very expensive." Indeed! Given the weight and size of the item, I figured I'd be spending half of what the quilt cost on return shipping. To make matters worse, the address for the return looked very suspect—listing even the ELEVATOR of the building. I asked a postal worker if it looked legit, and he laughed and said "Well, I wouldn't hold my breath on getting confirmation of receipt to that address."
