I ordered a ginkgo pattern queen size blanket for my summer bed after several times of seeing it on Facebook. Had I read the reviews here first I would not have ordered. I did order and it came within two weeks and the tracking from China was easy to follow. It looked exactly like the picture, was nice quality, does not have a strange off gas odor. I’m very happy with it. Only four stars for this company because sometimes things advertised in marketing, such as short sleeve pajamas, can’t be found on the website itself. I have not had experience with the customer service team nor did I need to try to return something.

I received some curtains and i will like to return them but like some peoples wrote there is no address where to send them back or others informations how can i send them back .Thank you .

I had never come across this company before but some of the soft furnishings on their website looked gorgeous 😍 I ordered a double sided cotton bedspread/throw & it was as lovely when it arrived as in the pictures. I have seen similar items that cost more & I can see no difference in the quality. The delivery time was as promised also. Overall I am very happy with what I bought & will be browsing their website again.

After I ordered a bedspread, I got worried about all of the bad reviews online. I had not checked them before my order. They did not send any shipping info but after 3 weeks when I contacted them, I got a tracking number and watched it. The package took 4 weeks from China but the product was just as nice as pictured on the website. Mine was a U.S. queen size and perfectly sized for my bed. I'm really happy with the purchase and might use the company again but will be prepared for the long wait.

I wish I could give no stars as this company is deceitful. I purchased a "blanket" that was the size of a large towel and it was $60. I emailed my complaint and I was met with "the sizes are clearly posted" yeah. But if something says blanket you'd expect something bigger than a towel for the price. Ridiculous. Many others are complaining about the sizing not being correct as well. I was also told like others that I would have to pay for return shipping "that would be rather expensive." Do not purchase from this company I just lost $60.

I almost bought a blanket from them but then started to read the reviews here and decided to do more research. The exact same thing I almost paid 124€ for was available on AliExpress for 47€!! No thanks guys.

Very deceptive! They are seemingly ethical in all ways but their business practices. No where on their website do they tell you that they are out of China. I had to email them to find out where to return the blanket I bought and was told: "If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund...actually the postage may rather be expensive. Is that acceptable for you? If you decide to pay for postage and return the item for a full refund or exchange, following is the address:" Name: Shang Zhilei Address: 3rd Floor, Gate 3, Building 9, Jinfeng Industrial Technology Incubation Park, No. 887 Changchun West Road, Hutang Village, Xiaoshun Town, Jindong District, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, China. Zip code: 321000 Tel: 19941413018

I ordered a queen quilt which is clearly not queen-size. The colors are also not as depicted and the fabric is oddly shiny. There was no packing slip in the bag, so I have nothing to refer to make a return. But, this company doesn't have a customer service phone number, only email and social media links on its website. As I've received no response, I'm guessing I'm stuck with unwanted product. Don't order from Ownkoti!
