What attracted me to the pajama is the length of the top. I was looking for a long top that would cover my butt. The promotion picture certainly suggested a longer top. What I received is a short pajama top. The pants are as well. I am 5' 3" and the pant legs are too short for full length and too long for capri. Considering that this is a winterwear, it is a problem for our cold climate. The sleeve length is right for me, as I have short arms. If I was taller, they would be too short. The fabric is not bad. It feels ok and light. The print is delicate, which I like. I will not order from your company again.

I've bought 2 items: kimono pj and tuxedo dress. Fabric feels soft and breathy, 100%cotton. I am happy with the fabric quality and design; definitely will order again.

I have made several purchases through ownkoti. Purchases included, bedding, sleepwear, and a shower curtain for a single stall shower. Although it takes a while to receive orders, I have been pleased with every item. The materials used are high quality and ordering is very easy on line. I love the patterns for materials and the selection. So far, I have only praise.

I ordered pyjamas and they took ages to come. When they did arrive they were completely the wrong size. Very disappointing. The return process was long winded. Hugely expensive to post back and the original offer they gave me to keep the goods was 15% refund. However I persevered and said it was against my consumer rights not to refund me. In the end I was sent a beautiful blanket which was the same price as the pyjamas. I also gave the pjs to a friend and she loves them. Although it took a while to get replies at times I found the tone of the emails to be clear and polite and I think we came to a reasonable agreement in the end.

I ordered a round tablecloth and they sent a square one. They initially provided other selections that didn’t suit my decor. I have now received a full refund which is great. Company was easy to communicate with.

Scam site that sells cheap temu garbage with huge markups. Straight up lied about the materials used. Images are AI generated. Returns portal refuse to issue a full refund and ask you to pay for the shipping of returns and also issue a BS "restocking fee". I've filed a dispute on the charge with my bank as it's clear they will only waste your time. In short do not buy from this scummy Chinese company that sells you cheap garbage and has no returns policy.

They were a good company when I bought my bedspread about 2-3 years ago. I recently ordered 2 robes never recieved them. Their response was to have me fill out a bunch of forms for a claim but due to their now lack of caring about their customers I don't think I'll ever see my 145.00. If you ordered in the past and were happy, they aren't who they used to be now...
