I have purchased several items lounge wear and love all of them. They are super comfortable and wash well. Their customer service been great and very helpful in a situation I had. I recommend them. Thank you Ownkoti!

I love my pajamas and robe. The 100% cotton fabric is soft and comfortable with beautiful colors and patterns. I have several pairs.

Great product and great customer experience. I missed the pick up deadline with my mail service and the customer service made sure that the package got re-delivered.

I have purchased several sets of loungewear and absolutely love them all! I finally found loungewear that ‘breathes’ .. I also purchased a bedspread and pillow cases and cannot express how pleased I am .. no overheating .. in all my orders the customer service has been amazing and I a bit of a tough customer but they ALWAYS see your transaction to completion and are always gracious .. I will be continuing to purchase from them with complete confidence ..

I ordered a duvet set and then tried to order coordinating sheets. the colors did not match and I emailed Ownkoti to request a refund. they asked for pictures, which I sent. they promptly sent the coordinating sheets and pillow case at no additional charge. They were prompt in their responses and I would use them again!

I found this company a delight to deal with. Always prompt with replying to any question I had, via email. I received my bedspread and pillow slips and am absolutely thrilled with the quality. Delivery was stress free. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again.

I ordered three front opening pieces of nightwear from ownkoti recently, mistakenly thinking they were shipping from the UK. The garments were needed for a stay in hospital but it wasn't until I read reviews that I realised they would be shipping from China and I then realised they would not arrive in time for the surgery. The company policy on the website states if the order has not shipped you can cancel and a full refund will be given. I made my order on 22-April and cancelled on 23-April. The website confirms my order hasn't shipped, emails from ownkoti confirm my order still hasn't shipped yet I am now on my third request over 4 days for cancellation and refund and Ownkoti are refusing to honour their online policy. I have even explained that I have breast cancer and needed the items urgently for a fast approaching surgery and as they will not arrive in time I need to cancel on this occasion. They have completely ignored everything I have said and instead just keep responding with offers of discounts on the garments. This is not about getting a discount - I just needed the nightwear for hospital and recovery and due to time constraints ended up getting them somewhere else. Please ownkoti, honour your cancellation policy and issue the refund.

Drop shipping - very poor quality.
