I have purchased two of these beautiful quilts. I absolutely love them. The second one I ordered was delivered to the wrong address. I didn’t receive it. I emailed the company. I talked with the delivery company. Ownkoti promptly sent me one. So happy with this product and company ❤️

I had ordered a robe that was 'one size' and unfortunately it was too small so I contacted customer service. Communication was amazing and so kind, they offered me a few different options and I selected that I would like to exchange. The process was effortless and we received the new robe in their larger size so quickly and it's so beautiful! The fabric is soft and light and the robe looks amazing on! Highly recommend Ownkoti and we will absolutely be ordering more!

I have ordered two bedspreads/quilts from Ownkoti; they are both beautiful and well-made. The designs they offer are so beautiful -- more beautiful than any other bedding company I've found -- that it was hard to choose, but I did, and I love them both.

The product was not as shown, was supposed to be a bedspread but is as thin as a tablecloth. It was supposed to include 2 items that it didn't. The return process is onerous and they deduct 15% refund fee.
