Our furniture is nice but the customer service is awful. It took forever to get our bedroom furniture. No estimated date was given. I never got the promised email. The shipping is all messed up. It goes from somewhere to a third party warehouse (Metropolitan) where it sits. If you call for any sort of help you cannot talk to anyone not in India and sometimes the accent is so bad you have to hang up and try again to get someone who speaks better English. They just repeat everything you say without answering your questions. Finally, there is a convoluted delivery system involving phone calls, acknowledgment of the phone call, and then they'll hopefully schedule your delivery for sometime in the future. When the bed arrived someone had put the wrong parts stickers on the pieces so it was like putting together a jigsaw puzzle. I won't order from OKL again. It's not worth the stress.
