Ana L. was the first actually helpful person I spoke to. Instead of emailing back and forth with a vendor. She put me on a brief hold and got the issue completely sorted out in real time. A simple solution that not everyone does apparently.

I ordered a bench that arrived with a slipcover that did not fit. OKL contacted the manufacturer and requested another slipcover on my behalf. The manufacturer was very difficult to work with, wanted multiple photos and videos and had to be contacted multiple times to provide a replacement. The replacement arrived in the wrong fabric. Fortunately, Bianca E. at OKL was very helpful. After she saw that I had been trying to get this resolved for over six weeks, she immediately processed a return request and FedEx pickup for my return. As soon as the return was received, she contacted me again and processed my refund. I was very appreciative of her help.

I purchased a sofa in January and was supposed to have delivery in April. After it was delayed a month I contacted customer service. I also wrote a review with a one star rating explaining my experience. I received an email confirmation that a customer service representative would be overseeing the completion and delivery of the sofa. I was communicated with at every step after that and my sofa is now set for delivery. As a result, I changed my experience to a four star. I would give my experience a five star rating, however, I still believe that customers should not be charged until the item ships. In this case, it was thousands of dollars which we know would be a lot harder to get back if things had gone wrong. Additionally, I can’t be sure if I would’ve received the same customer service if I had not first posted a one star review. The customer service I received after my complaint did make up for the initial lack of communication and inconvenience and truly does deserve 4 stars.

I use to order from One Kings Lane many years ago and I still absolutely love my items. I recently made a purchase and was shocked to see all these negative reviews. My rug arrived on time and I love it! There was a little issue with Maersk, the carrier but I stayed on them until the error on their part was resolved. OKL you may want to switch carriers.

I was satisfied with the order updates though it took a while to get an initial response. But once Oscar R. responed he was good about following up.

I called for help regarding a promo code that was not working . I had a very polite lady named Danny whom explained the code was not applicable to the lamp. Fine , I understand it’s always hit or miss. No complaints as she was friendly and nice. I will wait for the sale!

Wanting to return an item that didn’t work for our space, I was unable to contact customer service by email as the link was messed up. However, the excellent service I received on the phone from Danny resolved the issue in minutes. Happy resolution.
