They sorely misrepresent their policies…
They sorely misrepresent their policies and satisfaction, using grossly inaccurate descriptions on their site. I have bought from both large and boutique online companies over the years and I’ve never experienced anything like this. They will accept an item, but essentially you end up paying half the cost of the item to return it. I am dealing with that right now. The item was described as raw wood and came in with a very fake looking white milky residue over top of cheap wood to make it try to appear like it was a natural wood finish. It’s almost funny how odd it is. I would be happy to contribute my experiences if it helps get them removed and saves other people from purchasing from them.
