Amazing customer service.
Customer service department is amazing! I told them the problem that I was going to encounter on delivery of my order, and they immediately addressed it and fixed it! They contacted the carrier and had it rerouted. No delay at all.

Still Great Customer Service After All These Years
I have been a customer for OKL for many years, furnishing entire homes mostly with OKL items, from furniture to decorative pieces. I stopped this business right before COVID but recently returned to OKL. I recently had a problem with a higher end item that came not as pictured. The customer service associate understood the issue immediately and properly issued a full credit including waiving the restocking fee due to this error, plus covered return shipping. OKL is better than ever before!

horrible customer service
This may be the first time I’ve left a bad review for anyone. I’m so surprised at the level of horrible customer service. They delivered 1/2 of my chair and not the rest. Still haven't resolved the issue and they have basically said I’m lying. Right, I’m trying to steal legs to a chair...idiots. I’ve lost $518 and they have lost a good customer for life.

No Furniture, No Updates
I ordered two couches in May, and have not been contacted by One Kings Lane since receiving my confirmation email. The estimated delivery window was July 2-17. I called customer service multiple times to check on the status of my order, and each time I was told that everything was on schedule and I would be contacted by the white glove delivery service during the estimated delivery window. After the estimated delivery window had passed, customer service told me that the vendor had run out of the material and that they would begin on my furniture once the fabric was back in stock. They could not provide me with a date when the fabric would be restocked. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of reliability and communication I have experienced.

The customer service agent was…
The customer service agent was incredible! He very quickly was able to source the instructions I needed to reassemble a bed that I purchased a few years ago. He was very responsive, fast and polite! What ann amazing employee!
