Beware of high return costs $$$
Impressive online products, but beware of return costs. I ordered two vanity mirrors that didn’t fit my bathroom. The total cost was $785.59, but my credit was only $594.52. They charged $191.07 for restocking and one mirror was never opened. I won’t order from One Kings Lane again. Shop Local!

Liliana was so helpful, table is nice, customer services was horrible except for Liliana
All customer service representatives were unhelpful except Liliana. She was exceptional. Liliana was able to understand my issue (received a broken table and needed it replaced) and correct it immediately. If I had spoken to Liliana first then I would have given 5 stars but because I called and emailed multiple times to people that were not helpful I can only give 3 stars. Would have been 0 if not for Liliana. The table is lovely.

Improvements needed for order status updating
Proactive communication regarding a backordered order/product was challenging. I needed to reach out for updates. Freddy R did a good job of follow-up and communication once the product was shipped from the third party supplier.

Don't buy this bed
I purchased a slip cover king bed Maura, that still is not right. The slip cover did not fit my bed. Customer service was helpful in sending me a video. However, it did not fully solve my problem. It's still bunched up in the corners and I will need to have a seamstress fix it. The headboard is very floppy/wiggly-no shenanigans in bed). It is impossible to make the bed without disturbing the dust ruffle, which is held on with Velco, instead of the way most dust ruffles fit. It is a disappointment.

A monthly delay in delivery
I ordered a pillow and it took over six weeks to get. I didn’t initially get an update about the delay and had to call, but they have since been responsive and helpful.

I expected more
In the world we live in today, with internet able to respond in record time, getting a reply three days later from a company you’ve ordered an item from and followed up with an email, is unacceptable, in my opinion. I had an issue with a rug I ordered in May from Kings Lane, which was returned to them by UPS unbeknownst to me. I first decided to reorder the rug, but rethought my decision and emailed One Kings Lane’s customer service to ask for a refund instead, which had already been offered to me. In my email I asked that someone in customer service please let me know they had received my request and it took three days for them to reply. I feel like my issue was unimportant to One Kings Lane.
