Jesus helped me straighten out a…
Jesus helped me straighten out a complicated order that needed to be cancelled. His can do attitude saved me a huge headache with some orders i needed to cancel and revisit as later options during a home renovation project that needed finishing before i could order. His willingness to work with me for almost an hour impressed me greatly. Especially since i had to cancel a big order. One Kings Lane proved to me that customer satisfaction still is a priority in some companies! Yay for Jesus and OKL!

I called because I couldn’t find part…
I called because I couldn’t find part of the shipment, the rep was very kind in trying to help me find out whether the order shipped in multiple shipments. It wasn’t, some of the pieces were just tucked away in a part of the furniture I didn’t see! My mistake but the rep was very supportive trying to help me figure that out.

Damaged mirror replacement
Ordered two beautiful mirrors for our bathroom and one of them showed up damage. Luckily, I decided to add the insurance and with a couple of pics submitted, was able to get a replacement mirror within a matter of days. Bianca E. very communicative and helpful through the entire process!

Excellent Customer Service
I ordered two of the same mirrors but one came damaged. I reached out to customer service and Christian T. helped me file a claim immediately. He then ordered a replacement mirror and gave me the expected delivery date within a couple of mins. He was so kind and helpful. Such a delightful experince. I would not hesitate to do business again with OKL!!!
