Never got it working and support services seem to change to a subscription service after I purchased my unit. I will delete review and try again, hopefully I can get this up and running. I was just frustrated by the lack of support as I expected more. Thank you.

Great products I am having a blast learning how to use them and expanding my creative reach with my new 100w red & black 20x28 bed co2 laser with chiller and my new 50w handheld fiber laser....purchase and delivery was less than a week and the customer service contacts I made was very prompt and helpful.

Emailing Support has been one of the worst experiences. I get replies in the middle of the night and or responses a full 24 hours later with little to no help on the question i had asked. As trying to Load up on Omtech Tech here at my business i'm concerned about 24 hr response times.

Delivery was 2 hours late. I had to pay a lot of extra money to get the forklift for longer. Terrible design on the water pressure alarm system. Water was gushing out of it everywhere. I had to take it apart and change it's layout so it wasn't sandwiched between the housing. Official videos are more for sales and not for use. Work on creating better tutorials.

If you have a warranty, and it takes 3-4 weeks to get a replacement tube, the service is no good. We realize OM Tech is the seller, but the manufacturers being utilized is about 80% of the problem. We did not spend $6300+ to have this machine as a hobby. It’s for a business, and 3-4 weeks down time is unacceptable. I don’t lay all the blame on OM Tech but their vendors reflect on them
