I purchased a 60w model dec 2020. It works well but smoke from wood or acrylic did not evacuate the work volume quickly. The smell of burnt wood filled my work space due to the 4” exhaust fan only being rated at 105cfm. I upgraded the FP-108 EX-S1-B fan to a 6” fan rated at 294cfm from McMaster carr p/n 1976K19 with a 6” to 4” reducer. This helped clear out smoke faster.

I bought a 60w laser tube here because I had to cancel with 2 other dishonest businesses. One took my money and emailed me saying they were preparing it as we spoke. So I called, they were waiting on stock as were most. Other company, no stock. Then OMTech responded immediately to a stock inquiry w a competitive price. New customer for life! Thanks

This is my first laser and it is great. The price is reasonable and I have nothing but good things to say about this machine. I a 80W machine and wish I would have had space for a 130W. I would buy again.

I purchased a 30 watt laser for engraving small items and it has worked as expected. I made the standard additions, amp meter and flow detector and larger ventilation. I would recommend purchasing from Omtech Laser to anyone getting started into the laser business or hobby.

Ok here is a honest to the point review...... I am VERY familiar with much higher end Yag systems. As I have grown my home business aside from my family owned manufacturing business I felt this Co2 machine was a much needed addition. The price was extremely reasonable for the 80w machine I received. I immediately took apart the bottom to fit it thru the basement doors. After reassembly everything was very simple to put together. One of the clamps to hold the tube broke immediately and the laser would not align. Quite frustrating however I certainly can take things apart. I figured out that the tube itself was not level and a spacer was needed. After calling OMTech their support was perfect. Not sure what others are talking about but they immediately assisted with the problem and immediately sent a new clamp for the tube. The machine has been running mint since. I have had it almost a year now and would buy another one no questions asked. Great machine, excellent technical help, 2yr warranty on all parts, what else do you want for under $4,000? You wan perfect look at a $50,000+ machine.

I purchased a 100w red/black with a 20" x 28" bed and received it in July. For the price point of the laser and from the research I did prior to purchase, I was prepared to do a little work to it to get the machine where I wanted it. The three things I replaced were the water flow sensor with a more robust one, the built-in air pump with a large air compressor, and the built-in exhaust fan with a more powerful in-line fan. These are the three weaknesses I can see in the design. I also added a chiller. Everything else works perfectly. This is my first CO2 laser and I'm having loads of fun with it.

60w Grey&Blue! Love it! Took a bit to get used to, upgraded and learned a few things along the way, but couldn’t be happier !!
