The laser does not work after one cut. UPDATE: As for the reply on reaching out to their tech support I did almost 11 days ago and am still waiting for the response.

Great customer service overall. Only complaint was that I was never sent shipping information until I inquired about it. This was after getting an automatic notification from the shipping company whom I have do frequent shipping with and have notifications setup previously.
