The printer came in and worked fine. Getting Lightburn software through them however has been unsuccessful. I bought the software download key from their site and waited for the email key to arrive. After a few days I emailed to see where it was and got no response. Then filed a service ticket through their site and still no response. Update 1/20/2022: Still haven't received a Lightburn software key. Please let me know how to go about getting this addressed.

I have purchased a 80 and 70 Watt this year. Both came in and ran flawless right from the start. Even has a fail 5202 cooler and they analyzed this and sent me a full refund. Could not work with a better company. Thank You for running an excellent operation.

Love this machine... Has worked perfect since day 1... Have had no issues since receiving it, and love it... The ultimate hobby.

I've had my laser for 4 months and never got any of my 3 computers to recognize it. I'm going to bye a different brand and consider it a lesson learned.

My laser initially arrived damaged and I was really concerned with how long it would take to get the parts needed. Having support and parts stateside allowed OMTech to get the replacement parts quickly and their customer service was great. The laser has worked awesome and was exactly what our small business needed to bring us to the next level. We will definitely be using OMTech for all our future laser cutter and engraver needs! Highly recommend!

I am so far happy with the 70 watt laser and accessories I purchased! I am concerned however with service after the sale. It seems poor I hope it will improve with time. I'm sure under staffing could be the problem.
