Got a refurbished machine and it looks good! Everything was adjusted and the supplies and support were all included. Seems like a great laser and looking forward to more time with it.

My machine will get shipped to me February 20th of this year but from your website I'm having a little buyers remorse that I'm getting a machine that is too small for what I plan on doing. I'm a two and three-dimensional greeting card maker and designer. The problem is I couldn't produce fast enough with my greeting cards and boxes. I'm trying to up my game and I need to work faster with veneer that's why I chose the polar.

The price was right, the delivery was excellent. It arrived a bout a week early but I was informed in plenty of time to be here for the delivery.

I ordered a few of the free templates, order was placed (received email) but never received any instructions on how to download the files. Update - I did finally receive an email on 3 Jan after I contacted customer support. They did advise that the system did not send an email as it was supposed to. They corrected the issue and I received the templates on 3 Jan.

No one ever replied to my question. I just dropped a lot of money on my laser, some basic customer service would be nice.

Support was responsive to a minor issue. Worked through to align mirrors and did recommended upgrades and the laser is cutting very well with minimal char.

I’ve yet to receive my laser. It is supposed to ship out at the end of February. I ordered the OmTech Polar. I have researched it and am very excited to receive my new laser. I choose this laser over the Glowforge for several reasons. 1. Affordable 2. From the community it looks like you have excellent technical support. 3. Rotary tool included. 4. It has all the features the Glowforge has to offer and then some. When I get my laser I will be starting a YouTube channel around it and what it can do. I would love to work with Omtech on future projects. Thanks for being awesome!

I was extremely impressed with my Omtech 60w and needed more cut area and power so I purchased the 130w 40x63 and I'm happy , other then the air assist didn't work causing the acrylic I was cutting to catch fire and I'm going to have to replace a few part like the belt , laser pointer, auto focus, bearing and focus lens. But I should have checked it before trying to cut. Very well built other then that.
