Thank you so much for the door, it's beautiful! Great customer service and a job well done.

We furnish every door in our house and had an issue with our garage doors that your company was aware of , never followed through with what I was told they were going to do after several attempts. Very disappointed

Great service and excellent product. Very satisfied.

We finally got our 2 doors and they are beautiful, but Nick's needs to ship them through a different company. The shipping company lost our doors on a Friday and we had to go through a whole weekend before we could talk to people and get the doors found. When you are building a house you don't need this headache, so I took away a star. Both doors are absolutely beautiful, but when you spend this much money you would expect sturdy thresholds. Apparently, the very thin, very pliable thresholds are metal, but I would expect something sturdier. There goes a star. But, when you look at the doors on the house you see 5 star doors.

ELIZABETH TOLD US A FOUR WEEK LEADTIME AND IT ENDED UP BEING TWELVE, I CAN SEE HOW IT HAPPENS, IF YOU PAY 25% MORE YOU GET PUSHED AHEAD OF EVERYONE ELSE. THAT IS APOOR WAY OF DOING BUSINESS

We were looking for a front door that will enhance the looks and value of our home, that was high quality and within our price range. After extensive research through local providers, such as Lowe's, Home Depot, and Door and Window specialty companies, we turned to the internet. Whatever search I would run on the net, I fortunately would inevitably come back to Nick's Building. The quality and craftsmanship of their doors are outstanding. Their prices were very competitive. The icing on the cake has been their outstanding service. They delivered on time. When our installer lost a piece of a hinge set, Nick's Customer Service immediately sent us a replacement part - no questions asked, no charge and delivered on time. We highly recommended Nick's Building.
