Decent product but: poor quality control, poor customer service, avoids responsibility wherever and if possible. Assumes that no one knows what they are doing and any issues are customer error or the customer is trying to pull one over on them when most of the time the customer just wants the product to meet reasonable expectations so they can move on to their next task. More interested in turning over product and avoiding responsibility than anything else.

When I need another door Nick's Building will be the first place I look.

The product was great. Sales staff were helpful, but sometimes hard to reach. Shipping was very good. Carrier helped with the unloading, as the doors and trim that I purchased were packed very well, but the crates were big. Overall, would order again from this company.

Nick's did awesome job on getting doors ready in a short time. However, the company they use to ship literally took a week to deliver them...

We ordered this door for a client. The sales person at Nick's was very helpful and generated numerous options for us before we made a decision. Always congenial and helpful service which we really appreciated. Contract process was easy and painless, and the price we paid was excellent also.
