Ordered and paid for two drawings on September 11. As of Oct 1 never received the drawings. Attempted to contact Perfetta on four separate occasions (emails, as there is no phone number to call), with no response whatsoever. At that point, I needed to dispute the charge on my credit card. Such a shame since I have enjoyed their work in the past.

Mel is so talented! I received my artwork very quickly and Mel was very responsive to my messages and requests. I'm so happy with the end result and will defiantly use Mel again .

The photo is exactly what I was looking for. I did ask for a few changes to be made on the first draft and it was quickly returned with the updates made. Mel was responsive to all of my questions and it made for an easy process. I would purchase again.
