I couldn't be happier with my door. Incredible craftsmanship. I received a lot of assistance with the ordering portion and delivery and fortunately for me things went as planned. I have had great difficulty locating help locally with my lockset after being unsuccessful in not only troubleshooting via telephone but also with lock sales department and the manufacturer additionally. It has lessened the overall experience and still has me frustrated even 5 months out since my purchase.

The Door is just beautiful. But it was soooo difficult to get a shipping date. I was told multiple things by multiple people which made it impossible to coordinate the stucco work on a new building.

The product is excellent -- the production time and delivery time requires MAJOR patience ---

I haven’t received the door yet, so I’ll rate the company on customer service only. I was disappointed that I couldn’t talk about any changes to the door, no matter how small, without listening to the company line, “that’s custom, 4 to 6 extra weeks and double the price”. Should you have to double the price of the door just to lower a hinge or remove some of the decorative iron? Very frustrating. On the other hand, everyone was pleasant and very receptive when I needed the invoice resent.

Good quality doors. Order took over two months to be delivered from the time the order was placed.

I was told it was white mahogany but the wood is very dark. Ordering was ok but communication with shipping was totally lacking until I left the 3rd vm (also emailed ) then there was a flurry. John was always prompt with aa response.

Great product. Some issues paying. Customers need to be able to pay on line with paypal or equivalent.

We were very pleased with our door purchase - a great product at a price that was half of what the local millwork contractors were quoting. However, the experience was marred by a customer service rep who was rude and could not provide any information. Two weeks after we ordered the door, I called to ask about the delivery schedule so we could coordinate the installation with our general contractor. The CSR was unable to provide any thing beyond the "4-6 weeks" quoted on the website. Sure enough, 6 weeks after we placed the order, we got the shipping notification - but nothing in between to give us a clue about the production schedule. I think the company has a excellent product at a great price - but customers expect more granular information than, "we'll get to it when it's your turn!" It's a small investment in fixing an otherwise outstanding experience.
