My husband and I have had a Great Experience with Nicks Building Supplies Sandy Bennett

Customer Service was extremely rude and unaccommodating while discussing delivery concerns. We were not informed of when the door was being shipped. Was told we would be given a call to discuss a delivery date. We were not informed until the door arrived at the dock and had to be delivered within 2 weeks otherwise, it would need to be returned and charged for additional shipping. We are a custom builder and the door would have been damaged if delivered so too early to the site. Given lead times on special order doors, it is vital to order the door early enough to avoid late arrival and during the order process, we were informed that we would receive a call prior to shipping to select the best date. Unfortunately, this call came after the door was shipped from the manufacturer to the freight company and with only a 2 week window. After speaking to the very rude rep and asking to speak to a manager, I was informed that he was the superior in charge and I couldn't speak to anyone else. Though, the door was of nice quality, we won't be ordering from Nick's again.

This is the second door I have purchsed from them. Had a slight issue with getting door shipped but it was quickly corrected. Had I purchased from local door shop and had a painter seal it would have cost me a lot more money. I am extremely happy with finished product.

The product was perfect when I did receive it 4 weeks later than suppose to.... should have more interest in between services to assure that the client is satisfied and everything is up to date. ( sales and delivary departements)

We have ordered all interior doors from Nick's for our very large house. We have been pleased with the quality and efficient delivery of their products. We have also have ordered special doors for the house and were also pleased with the products.

Love, Love the doors. Solid and strong. only thing need to be careful when gluing cause when you go to stain, wont cover it

They where very helpful and the doors are beautiful

Door finish marginal/lacking finish. Transom iron work not balanced with door. More quality control needed prior to shipping.
