Neakasa stop definitely scoping, got a year with my N1 device, got two cats, best rated on the market and without a doubt it is. It connects to internet and with the app I get live alerts about different cats using the N1 device, for full bin, when it was use and when is stock for some reason, and also very save with all the sensors that stops the device when my curios cat puts his paws in. Costumer service is very fast answering emails. By far the best device on the market with the open top design. We can forget about scoping for a week without a problem with two cats. Am very pleased with Neakasa.

This litter box changed our lives, no more scooping litter.

Very quick to respond, extremely helpful, could not ask for s better service

We have been using two Neakasa M1 litter machines for two years, and thankfully, we haven’t had any major problems with them. I was surprised to discover that the platform where I purchased them had discontinued selling the product, and I was concerned about the availability of replacement parts. I contacted Neakasa directly for assistance, and I was very pleased with how quickly Serena responded. She was helpful, attentive, and even arranged a complimentary replacement silicone pad for me. This excellent customer service has added another star to my experience with Neakasa. It’s reassuring to know that there is support available when you need it, even after owning the machines for two years. Thank you, Serena, and the Neakasa team, for your wonderful service!

I have an M1 litter box and my cats love it. It’s been great and has made life so much easier. No more scooping kitty litter as this does it for you and simply remove the bag and replace. I did have an issue with a faulty sensor. But Serena from the support team was quick to have a solution and sent replacement parts even though my warranty had just expired. Great customer service.

The litter box itself has been helpful when it's working and deserves a 4 star. The low stars comes from not having a service center in Thailand eventhou Neakasa products are sold here. Neakasa support team staff has been helpful with diagnostics of whats wrong and offering multiple solutions so we can have a working litter box again. But all solutions requires us to DIY and I'm not confident that we can sucessfully do it, especially with several issues on hand. I would rather pay some money to have the professionals handle diagnosed and fix the machine, but there's no service center.

I am very disappointed with Neakasa’s customer service and the way my return has been handled. I purchased a Neakasa P2 Pro 5-in-1 Dog & Cat Grooming Kit (Order ID: NK1359EU). Unfortunately, my cat is very scared of the vacuum noise, so the product was not suitable for my situation. I contacted Neakasa to request a return. Neakasa told me to return the product to their warehouse in Germany and stated that I would be responsible for the return shipping costs. I asked them beforehand about the expected shipping cost, and they told me it would be approximately €15–€25. I followed their instructions and paid around €20 myself for the return shipment from the Netherlands to Germany. The package was successfully delivered to their German warehouse on 5 October 2026 at 11:33, according to DHL tracking. I immediately contacted Neakasa and provided them with the delivery information, asking them to confirm receipt and process my refund. Since then, I have received no proper response or confirmation. This is extremely frustrating. I have already paid approximately €20 for return shipping, and I am now also waiting for approximately €95 in product value to be refunded. In total, around €115 is currently tied up because of this return. What makes this worse is that I followed their return instructions, used their provided warehouse address, paid the return shipping myself, and the package has been confirmed as delivered. I simply expect Neakasa to acknowledge the returned package and process my refund as promised. Very disappointing customer service. I would not recommend buying from Neakasa if you expect a smooth and reliable return and refund process.
