Great until thing stops working and you have to contact Myzone for help, Despite having raised the issue at least 3 times with their help desk and them having a SLA to respiond within 24 hours, I had nothing back. Gave up and bought myself a Garmin monitor!! Abysmal customer service. !!

Hi PC. Thank you for your message and apologies for the delay in getting back to you. We're sorry to about the problems that you've had the fact you've needed to buy a different device. We've sent you an email via Trustpilot asking for a couple of details - we appreciate that it's too late to solve your problems but hopefully we can prevent this from happening again in the future. Thank you again for your feedback.

Poor non-responsive customer service
Am giving this a low review because of how a customer service request has been handled. I sent one on 31st January and then received an email on 5th January asking if I was satisfied with their response despite me not getting one. It told me to respond if I needed anything further - however it was to a noreply email address! I then raised another ticket to ask them to reopen the first ticket and then received a notification telling me it as closed, again, no actual response has been received.

Terrible customer service
HR monitor is fine, when it works. My HR zones have adjusted automatically to levels now that I cannot achieve. Only Myzone can adjust them back.
Impossible to actually get someone to do this. Multiple tickets submitted - no change. No one bothers to contact or help. Complete waste of money in that case.
Avoid at all costs - will just frustrate your workout.

Poor tech, no support - don’t invest
I have been using my belt for almost 4 years. The last 6 months have been technical issue after technical issue. At one point support was ok and responsive. Then the app seemed to update which has helped connectivity (only after I’d been advised to buy a new belt which clearly wasn’t the issue!) but the feed and connectivity is still pretty patchy vs how it used to be. Major problem is the lack of support, just as other people have said.
I don’t think the new support hub is logging tickets at all. I
After 3 tickets were not acknowledged or responded to I found an email address and got a response assuring help within 12 hours. 48 hours later and still nothing.
I had wondered if I might upgrade but I no longer have the faith in the company to invest more in their products, particularly after reading the other reviews here, so am now looking for a new heart rate monitor.

So desperately want to continue loving…
So desperately want to continue loving MyZone, but it's becoming incredibly and increasingly difficult.
MyZone completely transformed my fitness journey, nothing making me go further or dig deeper than trying to reach that elusive red zone. I became a huge fan of the concept and brand, inviting everyone I knew (and even those I didn't) to get on board, setting challenges and gaining MEPs. It got me heading to the gym twice a week or more, opportunity permitting.
However, the technology just isn't developed enough to be consistently reliable. It seems painfully inevitable that despite following the usage & care instructions religiously/obsessively, it will eventually have connectivity issues and fail to loads onto Blaze Screen classes. You will be swapping out straps to determine what's at fault, pouring over troubleshooting guides, incessantly wetting sensors in vain, reloading the app in hopes that it links and stays linked, sending email chains and MyData lists to helpdesk, pleading to keep ranking status by evidencing workouts you've done with photo attachments, and more. Getting the tech to work is as strenuous as a full HIIT workout in itself. Helpdesk isn't the easiest to get hold of and communication can taper off after the initial flurry of helpful messages, I am currently waiting to hear if two of my Blaze classes can be added, just based on the average of previous classes before we get to the end of December and progress is lost. I have the photos of the sign-in sheet and log shows I was wearing device and trying to get it to stay on.
I am confident that the next generation of MyZone modules will improve these issues, but for now, I regrettably feel the Mz-Switch is 2-3 years away from where it needs to be. I am tempted to try the integrated MyZone tee in the hopes this limits what can go wrong, but spending another £60 for it to still not work is too risky.
Yes I charged from a laptop for low voltage.
Yes I disconnect it from cradle after each workout.
Yes I allow workout to autodetect
Yes I only used water on sensors
Yes it isn't paired as a Bluetooth device

Don’t expect customer service help
If you have issues with your MZ (and I promise you will have many) your options are to try to figure it out yourself. Customer service clearly does not bother even reading your tickets and their go to is to tell you to adjust the belt, wet the contact pads, then buy a new belt if that doesn’t work. If the new belt doesn’t work they’ll tell you to buy an entire new pod. I guess this is how they make money. All worked fine as of late until an update which they are ignoring my questions about. They also send you a message saying they are receiving higher than normal amount of requests. Hey Myzone, maybe it’s you and not my pod??? I will never know. Going to Garmin, they have an actual customer service department.

Great for a few months then absolutely terrible
I wanted to write a review especially for people thinking of starting on Myzone. As someone who has been using this for over two years let me just say it’s great at first. The device seemed pretty accurate. It helped me track my progress and got me motivated. Then after a few months the accuracy of the belt starts to waver and it starts disconnecting mid workout. It gets worse the longer you have it and customer service says the solution is to get a new device/upgrade to a newer model. The latter is what I first did. After using the new belt it still faltered after a while and after complaining again I was told the same thing. Comparing their products to my Fitbit they just could not be more different when it comes to quality. I have never needed to replace my Fitbit, it still works and has a much longer life expectancy than the Myzone. The Myzone company like others out there make terrible products that are only great for 2 or more months, which means you have to keep buying more. Granted, these belts are not cheap (around $100+). I’m frustrated as I wasted money and two years of my life growing my status on this. Please take my advice and save your time and money. Get a Garmin or a Fitbit instead.

It is impossible to get any kind of support
It is impossible to get any kind of after sales service. I have a problem with my device and I have not been able to speak with anyone and the website sends you around in circles - When the product worked it was good but totally out weighed by terrible service levels.
