Myzone switch may work well when first new and people write great reviews. However, it stopped working after two years and as it was out of warranty, Myzone shrugged their shoulders and said 'too bad' (in their own words). It is definitely not worth the cost as you may not be one of the lucky ones and find you have a white elephant after only a few years and are seriously out of pocket.

Received 3 of these from my local gym over the past week purchased it over 9 days ago still yet to use. All faulty batteries never held charge all 3 of them. So it’s cost me £89.99 to look at other people work out and get no benefits from my money. Still got no device and still £90 out of pocket. Supplied from Everlast gym Oldham branch maybe you should look into you devices before misleading the customers with faulty gimmicks advertising a product that doesn’t met the demands is fraud ?

Had my Myzone Switch for around 3 months now. Although it is a good concept and it's helpful to see your HR on the big screen at the gym the technology is flawed and slow. Workouts sometimes take over a day to show up so there is no instant feedback on the workout you have just completed. Sometimes it takes using it again to get the last workout data. The customer service is hit and miss. Some messages are replied to and remedied some ignored. The gym leader board on the app again is very slow to update and is often incorrect for days. Sometimes you get your data but the data isn't shared with the leaderboard. Friday Saturday last week all Workouts were coming through as 0 for everything. Myzone really need to spend some money on their technology and apps. Great idea but currently expensive for a ineffective product.

Dreadful fitness tracker. Firstly the help files all relate to an old version of the app so when you set it up nothing looks like it does in the instructions, secondly when you wear it, I couldn’t see any live workout trackers. Ease of use 1/10, website use 1/10. Apple Watch and the associated Fitness app is miles better, waste of £60 utter tosh.

Shocking customer support. Very inaccurate heart rate monitors with many clients monitors having same issues. Multiple requests sent to support without any responses.

We wrote them on Feb 19th, finally got a response back from Abbie (weeks later) and she asked us to confirm shipping address but then never wrote back or sent the replacement. Then we wrote to myzone again and Gie responded, asking us to do all these tests. We completed the test and the item still doesn't hold a charge and now no response from Gie. I agree that they are trying not to cover replacements. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. UPDATE: we responded to the email address that that myzone left in the response to our review. We sent a copy of all communication to them that we had with Abbie and Gie. They talked about what each individual should have done and how they plan to use this to train customer service. We received the replacement within days of writing the review. Appreciate the help in getting the replacement.

The idea behind the MyZone belt/product is great; however, the support/customer service is absolutely appalling. Everything is behind emails and an app support button that both yield very little response from a company that promote and use a product in large gyms but don’t want to face the customers. A frustrating and really poor customer service experience.
