I forgot to cancel my insurance on a truck I sold on 12/13/24 so I called customer service and explained my situation to her she explained to me that with a copy of bill of sale was all I needed to cancel truck. Thought occured to me to ask about substituting another vehicle and she explained to me that was better way than canceling policy on F150 and then starting from new with the Focus I was going to have insured. Worked out great. Thank you for your help.

One star is too high for this scam of a company. I was in an accident with one of their insureds. I filed a claim with Mr Kevin Weir (not sure about the spelling) Anyway, he told me an adjuster would be contacting me. That did not happen. He then called me back to have me upload photos of my car, a link that did not work. That was approximately 2weeks ago. I cannot get this guy to answer my calls. The phone message states that the office is closed for the holiday but the holiday has passed. I'm sure at this point there is no adjuster, there is no claim department. This is criminal and unfortunate for hard working people who simply want what they are entitled to.

CLAIMS SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT Saw a much cheaper quote vs my current well known trusted carrier. But checked out the reviews about claim service. So I decided to call them and see how my experience would be. Got put on hold twice. No one ever answer and phone call was disconnected. Also noticed no response to any of the 1 star reviews on here. Obvious that they do not care and will not be in business long. WOW Dodged a bullet. NO THANKS!! M - MAKING I - INNOVATIVE L - LIES E - EVADING A - ALL U - UNNECESSARY T - TRUTHS O - & OBLIGATIONS ?

The lovely lady who helped me tonight was wonderful and very considerate as well. My photo wasn’t going through properly so she handled it for me. Then sent me what I needed!

My car insurance expires 12/30/24 and I was shopping around for a better rate. Called Mile Auto and spoke to Kelsi and she convinced me to give them a try. I will not only save lots of money with there plan, even more savings with fewer miles driving. Thank you Kelsi for your wonderful customer service skills. Your company fits my retirement lifestyle.

Heather was very informative and answered my questions without trying to sell me on Mile Auto. I did my own research and they are excellent for people that work from home and don’t drive everyday I have not and hope I never have too use the claims department , I would absolutely say give them a call and get a quote . Follow exactly was is in the contract and you will be very happy. I think the bad reviews come from people that just don’t understand the process . Try them and if you don’t like them change insurance carriers.
