After purchasing two telephones through Metro PCS they want to charge me $15 to reactivate a phone that I purchased through them $15 to reactivate a phone that you spent money on that doesn't make sense that used to be free and that was considering that the device isn't MetroPCS in this device is it's one of your devices so I may be taking all my Metro phones to the target range this weekend

Metro pcs has the worst service and they give you the run around about your service. They swindle you out your service days when you have clearly requested a change of due date on the last date you made a payment. They dont honor their word and to be committed to a company like this and still get shitted I am so done with them. But will be quick to say you are a valuable customer but dont do anything to make you feel valuable. This is horrible company with horrible service

I would give them 1 star if I could. Crappy service wherever I go... I am paying for 4G but hardly ever receive it. I’m also paying for unlimited data... but my data runs out before the end of the month EVERY MONTH. not only that, but if you miss your bill they just cut off service over $80. Why? I need the phone for work I don’t see why I can’t have a balance like every other company. I hate Xfinity, but MetroPCS makes them look like gold right about now. I’m leaving metro and never coming back.

Overall satisfied but since its tied into Tmobile I will be changing my service to a more reliable customer service orientated cellular service company.... Franchise's are not customer service oriented.

Its just ok. My so called 4gLTE is definitely slower then when I had the throttled data and 2G from Tmobile so no idea how that gets calculated. I get the bill the morning that they show it is due, not cool. No real customer service, gotta go into the store most times. But it's cheap and it works! Signal is usually good too in SoCal.

I just got service with metro pcs and I honestly really love the efficiency of the network that metro pcs provides. My experience with metro pcs has been wonderful so far, especially with customer service.Thank you Nicole for your wonderful customer service.

I've been with Metro PCS for almost 9 years starting in Southern California been Las Vegas now in Houston and I thought really high of them but I never really had a serious issue until about two or three months ago with the lifting of net neutrality so MetroPCS. It would be a good business practice take full advantage of their customers even some of their longest customers by providing horrible phone service topped only by horrid rude condescending lying customer service this company has decided to self destruct cuz everybody I know that I ever recommended MetroPCS to is leaving because they all feel the same way MetroPCS has committed suicide they're laying in the hospital bed on life support with a giant hole in their head from The self-inflicted Gunshot of ignorance y'all had a good thing going then y'all got greedy cocky and arrogant I'm a former veteran you happen to work in a very similar field in the military and they're doing this out of spite I'm a former better in a half an to work in a very similar field in the military and there doing this out of spite is not at of necessity they are making their already over price service to be worse so that they can offer and upgrade at a higher price and that kind of greed is what killed Metro PCS dead on arrival

WHEN METROPCS SAYS 'UNLIMITED"THEY ACTUALLY KNOW THE DEFINITION AND HONOR THAT WORD DEFINED IN IT'S UNALTERED MEANING. UNLIMITED MEANS "NO LIMIT" UNLIMITED! I HAVE YET TO SEE ANY OF THE OTHER CARRIERS EVEN PRETEND TO HONOR THEIR CLAIM FOR UNLIMITED. SHAMEFUL. METROPCS HAS PROVEN THROUGH ACTION THAT THEY ARE IN A CLASS OF THEIR OWN. BRAVO TO THE BRAVE THAT BEHAVE! BASED ON MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE..... It was many years ago I hooked up with MetroPCS. They were just getting going here in Tucson. Cricket sold out to ATT. That was a bad set back the loss of the benefits they provided us was making a strong community come about. ATT came in and the community dispersed, lost contacts and communication ties. It was not easy to place trust in another service but what MetroPCS offered made it a no brainier. The deals were good enough to stay on while it would last. No contract meant no risk . I have have been in awe of this company especially this business today. The caliper of ethics across the board stands alone and unnoticed as something not valuable yet bar none they have kept to their word in the most commendable honorable manner. By the same conscientious and considerate care I received from the first day, it has not waivered a day since. That is really something to be said for the record...... Sincerely, JEM
