I've had Metro PC for 5 years I've always had a payment problem they want their payment 6 days before it is due customer service lies to me and has never corrected the issue they shut my service off 5 days before it is due and I'm tired of getting ripped off for a week every month since they won't correct the issue I have no choice but to drop their service sad too because they are local to me and convenient to get to since I am disabled and don't drive

My text hasn't worked in 2 weeks Everytime i call i get BS. They give me amazon prime then want me to cancel my amazon to install it. Then they transfer me to some other department and leave me on hold for 15 min. Tempted to change companies This is BS

Yes customer service is ridiculous lies and lies never get what you want and service sucks some days better than others but worst customer service ever by far!!!

Metro pcs almost cost me my job by stopping me from using my phone for a conference call which that happened without any notice. My company was waiting for me to get on the conference call then I dial the number nothing . I think metro need to allow people to use their phone for conference call if not they will lose slot of customer.

I been have metro for almost 4 years. Their plans are okay but customer service needs to get better, a lot better.

The online customer service is awful since TMobile began running MetroPCS.... first it's impossible to get someone on the phone then they just constantly transfer the calls and place you on hold. The representatives and supervisors each have different answers to the same question ..no way to understand or know what to exspect from month to month.The phone's they advertise are never available in the stores and each store location is operated with different prices for phones they offer. After last 2months of unresolved issues I will be returning to my previous carrier and gladly pay a slightly higher monthly fee.

I am brand new to MetroPCS and this was the most expensive cell phone service I have ever purchased. I'm older and I don't use much data at all. But I was lured by the free airpod offer on Black Friday 2018 with new line and IPhone purchase. I purchased two iphones with new lines of service and was promised two sets of the airpods- one for each eligible phone. Turns out you only get one set per account- but we were not told that by anyone (clerk nor customer service). Then the service did not work on my son's phone due to port not completing so we paid primo money for service he has not had for two weeks now. He could use data but phone call and text were limited. And to go back to the initial purchase, you have to watch how they ring you up. They don't tell you about lots of add on charges $20 for each SIM card, $15 for each activation, and $$$ for case and screen cover. $92 sales tax (on full MSRP of phones). Ultimately, they discounted the charge for the SIM cards and they threw in the accessories for free because we were in the store so long on multiple days trying to set up the phone. But I was really upset about my son not getting his AirPods. I wouldn't have bought the phones except for those. And his service never worked right. I had called Customer service and they had told me at least 5 times that BOTH phones qualified for the AirPods- and they record the calls, right? So they can check back and hear exactly what their customer service reps said to me. Despite all the difficulties, they did absolutely nothing for me to compensate- no credit to my account for phone service we never had (still waiting for the port); no refund for the phone which has come down $50 in price without the AirPod offer. And no option of returning the phones and canceling the whole transaction because "you can only return the phone for 7 days". I've never dealt with any company which is so stingy at maintaining customer satisfaction. We even drove 20 miles to the nearest corporate branch because the clerk at the affiliate store where we had purchased the phone said they would straighten it out for us and make it right. Nope. Nothing. Originally, I fully intended to stick with the MetroPCS for at least the 6 months till they would unlock the phones but their practices seem so deceptive- bait and switch, pad the bill, don't compensate for cheating your customer of service they paid for, etc, etc. Then I found a local business who said they can switch the phones to another service for me- completely legal and quick and we are now happily on MintSim which is what I had before and it suits me just fine.Yes that voids my phone warranty but the phones seem just fine.
