customer service is a big joke. try to call but can never get through or get hung on. do not get me started on the people that answers phone. they are rude and down right inconsiderate and may i add a pain in the butt. deals are ok but it does not add up to how stupid the customer service reps attitudes. so if anything goes , i do not recommend this company unless you have the luck to get through to these rude incompetent buttwipes.so back to boost i go

Being new to cellular phones I had many questions to search for answers. I did not want to be locked into one cellular provider so I purchased an unlock phone (mid priced), then went on for a search of a prepaid cell provider so that I could have some time to test the quality of service provided. When my research led me to MetroPCS prepaid I called the local store for answers to my must have services in my phone. In order of importance: 1. WiFi Calling 2. Unlimited calling 3. Unlimited Text 4. Roaming 5. Excellent coverage. MetroPCS clerk at the store assured me that they had everything that I wanted and more. I took my new phone to the store. handed it to the clerk and reiterated every important feature and that I was in the dark about setting all this up. The clerk took my phone added a SIM card and spend a half hour setting up the account on his terminal. Leaving the store a happy camper, I returned home where I cannot get cell tower reception of any grade inside my home because of the solid concrete firewalls separating the condos, I switched my phone over to WiFi to access my wireless Verizon Fios router to make a call. Nothing. Assuring me that my phone would make WiFi calls by the clerk, I did some investigating that lead me to the conclusion that the phone I purchased did not have a WiFi calling feature in the code and the clerk had lied to me. Having to wait until the next day to call MetroPCS to cancel the service because they were closed to ask for a refund of the prepaid service, I was informed, after some background discussion between the clerk and manager, that they would not refund because I did not ask for the refund the same day. I called the corporate customer service line, which I discovered was designed in a way that you could never reach a living representative, and believe it or not a was so relentless from being ripped off that I actually frustrated the automatic voice menu, it finally said it was putting me through to a representative. After hearing the standard blurb that the call volume was high and I would have to wait, the phone system promptly hung up on me. Conclusion: CAN YOU SAY CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACK REQUEST!

I've been a Metro PCS user for about a year since early march last year. I joined because of one of many promotions on phones, and there phone plan rates. Where else can I get unlimited talk text and data for as low as $40 and a phone that has instant saving, and rebate offers. They pretty much always have a phone I want, and with their long running promotions they seem to have at will I'll most likely be sticking with them every time I'm looking to upgrade my phone.
