I have shared previously that the affordability of Metro PCs has made the difference of having a phone. The consistency of the phone service and stable pricing has been a lifeline. In addition, I recently had an experience where my phone was in such a bad state, it was beyond CPR needing triage. The gentleman ANY at the Lynnwood location brought it back to life just in time and even though he had warned me previously this day would come, I pushed it way past its usefulness. He was gracious and patient and if not for him, I literally would have no phone. I am very satisfied and grateful and can't say enough about Metro PCS.

I swear I'm backwards. And you have low rating here I find them fantastic I get internet but no problems with I get awesome reception I got phone with unlimited data unlimited calling internet hotspot and I got a tablet with data on it I give that to my mother because she's older this is the only way she had internet. and all of that I get for $130 wait. plus I get Amazon prime and Google one included in it. The new phone once a year I've been with them about 15 years I switched twice and I will not name the companies because I already have bad reviews in about those companies just because it doesn't have a contract doesn't mean it's not a good phone company people just because you're not paying an arm and a leg doesn't mean it's not good service! They give you three day extension on your bill if you have another bill you have to pay it first you need a couple days no problem so I ended up going back to them and I'll probably stay with them till I die after what I've seen that's out there I don't have to have a contract to make me seem cool I like inexpensive with good service

In the store on Drew St. In Clearwater, Kevin was extremely helpful! He took the time to explain what the problem was, and then fixed it. He was very interested in helping and was very pleasant!

By far Metro PCS has is the best, and has amazing customer service over the phone and 8 of 10 times in store because it gets busy. I have been with metro for over 6 years and I've always had knowledgeable helpful reps that are willing to assist with all my meed and really try and help me get the best deals and most out of my service. They rin in the TMobile network and that's if not the best top 3. I can't exclude that the rates and top notch and the phone selection is huge. Every well known device is almost always available unless they sold out but avail at another store or within a day or two. Stop wasting your money else where Metro PCS is your place to get connected. Guaranteed service everywhere. Thank you Metro you guys deserve a 5 Star review.
