Pésimo servicio. Mala cobertura. Engaño a clientes. No solucionan nada. No sé cómo está respaldada x T-Mobile. Y de por sí t-mobile. No es tan buena. En verdad no sé las recomiendo. 1 millón de veces sin pensarlo con los ojos cerrados mejor cricket.

Do not use Metro PCS/Metro by T-Mobile
Last week I got a message on my phone that I got a new phone. And then a little later I got a message that someone tried to change my email password, and a password on one of the sites that I have an account. Fortunately I was able to get into those accounts and change passwords and secure them.
Somehow someone was able to go to a Metro PCS store, without my phone and without my SIM card and without my ID, and gain access to my Metro PCS account and get a new phone linked to my SIM card. And they locked me out of my account.
After 6 phone calls and a visit to a Metro PCS store here in TN I was able to get back into my account and change passwords... Apparently the person did this in or near the Fort Lauderdale area because her new phone is a 954 area code. A store here checked a log and found the store visit by the person and gave me this info: New phone the person got # 954-662-1190 - name: Flor Alizo.
Metro PCS has terrible security, and terrible foreign customer service also. Do not use them !

Bad Customer Service.
Switched my phone to MetroPCS from Verizon prepaid because the phone I wanted wasn't made in a version compatible with Verizon. The customer service reps in Casselberry, FL, kept trying to get me to buy one of their phones after I told them I had the phone I wanted. They finally switched my service and ported my number, but when I got back to my house I didn't get service inside the house. Went to the MetroPCS coverage map and it showed that I couldn't get service inside my house where I lived. The sales reps should have checked that. I went back to ask for my money back, etc. The location I had been at two days earlier was shut down. The new location had different people who kept telling me to go back to the old location. Wouldn't give me owners name or put me in touch with owner when they refused to refund me. Ended up just switching to Cricket. Had a good experience there.

I have been with them for 3 years
I have been with them for 3 years, yes it has had its ups and downs. I have had more good then bad. The in store customer service has always been great. I am able to upgrade my phone every 30 days. I have 5 lines all unlimited and my bill is still affordable at 149 a month. I love them and would recommend them to others.

This company is bad and appears to not…
This company is bad and appears to not even trying to get better. When you call the 611 number for help the automatic voice will drive you crazy to just talk to a live person. It is usually the same person when contact is made after 20 minutes of trying to get through. They do not have a clue. Now making and receiving call are getting harder. Will have to find a better company.

They let you buy the service and phones and don't check the area so you're stuck!
I don't think that they deserve even one star. They let me buy the service and one without first checking the area that I lived in, even after asking for my address where there is no tower and I I received little to no service. After running around in circles trying to get answers, was not told what the problem was until AFTER the 7-day return policy. Then I was in effect told, "too bad, there's nothing we can do, you're just stuck with a new phone and bad service, and we ain't going to give you your money back. But you are welcome to cancel your service with us and spend more unnecessary money obtaining service from a company that is much better than ours." I felt taken, dismissed, suckered, angry, frustrated, tossed in the trash can of unhappy customers, and disappointed that a company that claimed to be and do so much, really don't care! They should at least have the forethought to look into putting up towers in areas where, like in my area, there is phenomenal growth, as well as training the people
in stores to check the area before selling to anyone. It's just good old fashioned common courtesy. What do they have to lose or cost them to do their due diligence and be honest? Seems they are happy just taking people's money even if they lose future customers and business. What's one or two unhappy customers? After all, they just spent billions merging!

I visited location 2040 Forest Avenue …
I visited location 2040 Forest Avenue Staten Island, NY 10303 on yesterday. I spent very close to or over $600. The agent had the audacity to ask me if it had been along time that I've purchased something for myself. I was completely and utterly taken a back. That was none of her F'g business. I couldn't believe that she had enough "BALLS" TO SAY THAT TO ME!
I was in the best of moods so I brushed it off,but I began to fume on the inside. A person can buy whatever they want and not have to feel discriminated against when doing so. It was totally out of line and she was out of order. Had I given her the answer in which she didn't know she was seeking, I would've given her nightmares.
Soon leaving the store I over heard another rude ass B...say to her, I know your glad that's over. Really! I was extremely nice and polite the entire time of onsloot of insults.
I wasn't going to allow some ingrates make me loose my happy energy. But,when I made it home, I couldn't totally enjoy my new phone, ear buds, glass screen cover, my expensive case, my hand holder,my bluetooth speaker nor my regular ear phones all because I thought about how those Things treated me.
I was so in conflict over taken everything back. I hated that experience, I truly did. They suck and have no morals or respect for the position that they carry.
They are horrible and pathetic customer service representatives and a disgrace to your brand.
