Evitate problemas y enojos inesperados mejor busca otra opción!

I recently visited the Indianapolis E 53rd Location and got the most amazing customer service from Brenda and her Coworker. They were super helpful with helping my son pick out the perfect phone for him. Very Informative as well, Kudos to you ladies.

Service is terrible. Everything takes forever to buffer.

First of all I'd like to state that I've worked in tech support and in customer care for a few years. Safe to say I know the standard when it comes to giving good service. I was late to pay on the 29th. I had autopay on so when they tried to get the funds it denied them and they turned my phone off. I got the 72 hour extension as I planned to anyways. I was so low on funds at this time I had to borrow money from the only person I could borrow from. I was sent $70 to get gas and food so that I could do some delivery driving to get some cash to pay my bills like my phone bill. I drove hours away from my house to go to a better place to do deliveries. I got there and metro sent me a message saying I paid my bill. Keep in mind I was hours away from home with no gas to do deliveries with. At this point I realized they took the money in my bank account that I didn't authorize as I was on the 72 hour extension. I called these people and they said oh no problem we'll send that money back. I was like great because if I didn't get this money back I'd be stuck in this town with no gas. I also have kids so yeah I needed to get home. Got off the phone waited and waited then I realized the money wasn't coming back, at least not on that day. So I had to sleep in my car while my kids were at home with the babysitter. My phone service got shut off the following morning so I had no contact with anyone. I finally got home after I explained my situation to an officer that helped me with some gas. I get home and now I'm faced with the news that my car will be repossessed. Oh and I'm losing the place I'm staying in. If I would have been able to work when I had planned to then this never would have happened. I tried on the phone for hours with them before they inevitably shut my phone off. I got sent to manager after manager and finally this lady mocked me a little and I was like let me talk to your manager and she said she is as high as it goes. I was so pissed at this point. I got to see terrible customer service from the bottom to the top. Also I've been with these jackoffs for over a year and never missed a payment. They couldn't do anything for me. They couldn't send the money back they stole, in a timely manner. They have made my family and I homeless, carless, and phoneless. I hate these people with everything I have. Brought to you by McDonald's WiFi.

I have had metropcs for years but I am so disgusted with how I was treated. First I upgrade a phone on my account, I could not put in the sim card, so I took it back and asked them to do it, the guy behind basically ignore me while he played the game on his phone and told me it was very easy to do that. I left thinking I would figure it out but as I struggled I went back another Sunday, the sign said 11am-7pm but they were closed at 3pm. I drove a few blocks over on Rockaway and the guy lied, said the phone the other store sold was not charging. Now I had to by another phone and directed to a corporate store the return the first since I now had two phones. I intended to return it but I insisted on plugging it in and guess what it charged just fine. Cheats and liars! The worst service ever....

They suspended my account after I didn't pay after a month then I came to pay and they told me I had to reactivate my account and pay an new fee to turn my phone back on . I think it's dumb that during this corona if people can't pay their bills on time work with them don't just suspend their account and make them pay more to reactivate third service that's not ok I'm switching over to someone else metro sucks

Metro pcs is trash, they will take your money and try to sell you an overpriced phone. They only have deals for new customers, loyalty to a company doesn't mean anything you're just a dollar sign to them. Metro pcs is the new shady car salesman so watch out when dealing with this company. No one knows anything and the stores are crooks.
