Went to the store in Elmont and Dutch broadway due to faulty phone and the customer service was absolutely terrible. Rep only exacerbated the situation by saying if I dont let him speak hes not going to help me, insinuated that I dont know how to use a phone. Asked why it took me so long to come in to report this.. then said thats what they all say. Im gonig to another dealer and possibly even changing carrier due to this

If there is a zero rate, I would happily give it! For years, I have been paying insurance for my new phone, now my phone is acting up and I made claim, the claim was accepted, the funny thing about this scam company is that after paying $200 detectable / service charge, they are going to replace my phone with a refurbished / used phone. Also, the payment for insurance increased (doubled). When I purchased my new phone from Metro PCS, they told me that if I purchase the insurance, they would replace it with a new phone if anything happens to my phone, 3 years later they say they can only replace it with a refurbished / used phone. This scum / fraud company, please be careful!!!

I am trying to get help with my phone if you 611 they give you no help what do ever .Been with them for over 7 yrs and would have to say it is the worst customer service on the planet the monthly phone bill is just fine but the worst customer service on the planet worst help worst at work everything I do not recommend them whatsoever

Hi, I just wanted to say thank you to Rowena at Metro PCS. Not only is she very knowledgeable, polite and quick, but also very helpful.Not only did she take care of the problem she also saved me money and you just don't find that to often,I would definitely give her my vote for Employee of the Year! I cannot even give it 1 star. I've been making timely payments over at least 10 years for an old skool phone for my mother and the moment they don't receive the payment (at no fault of mine) they cut off service without notification. What if this was a lifeline???!!! Not to mention even getting thru to their bs customer line is like beyond jumping thru hoops at a circus (for a lack of words) even after confirming payment was made 2 weeks prior to due date mo fos still were like "duhhh wahhh ehhh ummm". They say wait 2 hours for it to be reactivated ..... It's been 4 hours!!! Dumb AF customer service machine keeps hanging up. OMG. I AM DONE WITH CRAP ASS METRO !!!!

This company lies! They put you through hell to activate a phone that you bought from them on a line that you have already been paying for and then when they offer you credits for the 4 hours of your time wasted the notes from "Corporate" are mysteriously not there. Management does nothing to get your issue situated except offer a more limited service for less money. If I wanted less of a service that's what I would already have! Oh and if you want to speak to someone in "corporate" You get told to send them a letter because supposedly Corporate only exists in a P. O Box. This company is trash and they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THEY DO NOT CARE TO RESOLVE AN ISSUE! I am leaving a review on every site I can find until someone that can actually help contacts me!

I lost my phone recently. It wasn't returned back to me, so I went to a MetroPCS store to replace my phone. The salesman that was helping me that day wasn't very helpful. He didn't seem to care very much about the fact that I lost my phone. When I asked about the replacement phone. he basically made it seem as if my phone wouldn't be mailed to me the next day so now that I find out that my phone is going to be mailed to me the next day I had already made another purchase for the same and than another phone. I wasn't even offered the opportunity to even make the phone call when I was in the store. so I'm fn pissed. He didn't even try to help me make the phone call, knowing that I didn't have another phone to use to make the call to file a f*** claim. What I'm saying is "They" should not treat people like that. They should be more helpful. What if it was them...

No just no! All the way NO!! LOOK AWAY AND RUN! First off their systems corrects itself to make it look like MetroPCS didn’t make any mistakes. Whether it’s notes or money the system corrects itself it’s like they have someone in the back reviewing all transactions and notes and they are just deleting notes and adjusting the money. Second there is no refunds, EVER! They cancelled my account by mistake and it’s even written on the notes. But the system adjusted my money. I made a payment in their store I don’t even see in my payment history but I see it on my bank statement. Created a dispute and they said they see nothing wrong. I’m out $150 IN A PANDEMIC BECAUSE OF THIS SCAM COMPANY!!! PLEASE PLEASE DONT GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID DURING A PANDEMIC!!! THEY WILL NEVER CARE NO MATTER HOW MANY YEARS YOU HAVE BEEN THEIR CUSTOMER. PAY THEM OR INCUR A DEBT, THATS THEIR MOTTO
