I had to change my phone number because I was in an abusive relationship, and my ex would not leave me alone. I went into their store on 3rd and Dunlap. I paid 20 dollars and the worker asked me if I wanted her to send me an e mail alert about my recent changes. I explained to her that my ex had hacked into my e mail address, so NO, PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANYTHING TO MY E MAIL. She said she wouldn't. I paid her, got my reciept, and then left. I was in the middle of running errands , so I had not placed any calls 9r sent any messages. So not even 15 minutes after I leave the store, my phone rings. I was kind o f puzzled. So I just answered it. It was my ex boyfriend. Metro sent my e mail the notification. So I called the store and explained the situation and politely asked them to change my number again for free. They weren't having that and let me know it would be another 20 dollars. I wasnt under the impression that metro pcs promoted domestic violence.

PLEASE REPOST AS MANY PLACES AS POSSIBLE!!!! So i paid my phone bill today with metro...and not only is my service still not on they have now charged 92 bucks out of my account yet my bill was only 46 bucks when i call they told me "sry call ur bank we dont have ur payment" i cant call my bank since they cut my service. I am out 92 dollars and no service W+£ METRO taking my money and not providing the service is breach of contract( yes i know they are a month to month service but there is still a contract in use stating that if i pay $46 then i will have service for 30 days) plus taking the extra money is theft. This is BU!!$#IT!!!! This is not right. I cant sue them as i am low income and cant afford a lawyer....please share so others can b aware of the shady and underhanded dealing that metro and tmobile practice

I bought a phone back in February. Since day ONE it hasn't worked properly with BAD TECH ISSUES. Nobody was able to fix it. A rep said they accidentally fried my card and was submitting a ticket claim for a new phone. When it never arrived within two weeks I called to be told they had 'no records' of that call. And I couldn't have another phone. Even tonight they said I have to pay for another phone. Phone never works at ALL at work. Just at home. Now completely frozen. Your metro is crap. Nobody go there. They don't try to fix a situation. Just empty promises. To be told tonight by'ebony' on FB messenger (she said she was the supervisor) that I can't have a free replacement phone is bull. BULL. You all have had records if my tech issues his messages and calls since DAY ONE!!!!!!!!!!

MetroPCS has been deactivating my service when I put forth the effort to submit bill payments(they just haven't been deducting the payments) Which indicates they don't even bother to check system to see if it's malfunctioning. And when customers realize device has been deactivated MetroPCS expects customers to resolve issue. And if customers insist compensation MetroPCS definitely doesn't cover amount that customers actually pay monthly. Which indicates T-Mobile (who owns MetroPCS) don't have customers best interest at heart. But they most definitely don't have an issue deactivating service. When services are deactivated customers are restricted from calling out. Which means MetroPCS/T-Mobile also resticts customers to call prepaid customer service to verify information. And T-Mobile wonders why I reported them to the Better Business Bureau once already. They don't even put forth the effort to adequately accommodate customers for errors and inconvenience. They're just pointing out just how cheap they are. And that they're business practices are messed up. Rates them a F -

As of today I sincerely thought my service sucks but customer service was phenomenal so I'd just bare with it. But the representative I got today was rude and HUNG UP ON ME, come Metro PC I could see if it was a lot of work, but it's not to swap our phones but this Agent was just HORRIBLE listen I get it your tired yo you don't want to be at work GET ANOTHER JOB if your not happy. After all the money y'all have taken from me (you don't even want to know about that part) the least you could do was swap back the phones for me in stead of being an Ass to me. I really am starting to believe what everyone else is saying.
