MetroPCSReviews of metropcs.com

This is the absolute worst most unreliable service I have ever used and as soon as my month is up I am out of here I cannot believe the unreliability especially in today's times there is flat out no excuse for such a crappy service my calls and internet constantly drop on a regular basis and it's every single day something goes wrong it's pathetic I'm over it stay away if I was you

METRO PCS isn't that bad honestly. It's the customer service that made me said forget metro.! My husband & I both got our phone shattered at work by a Forklift. I have a spare phone in which I put my SIM card in so I could switch the phone until I could get another one through my insurance. I kid you NOT I called customer service at 8:43pm my issue didn't get resolved until 11:56pm.!!!! In between that time I spoke to 1 great people, out side of that the disrespect was at an all time high.! 2 out of the 8-9 people were the SUPERVISORS. The audacity, right.? They were ruder than the disrespectful call reps. Out of 11 years with metro, this is not the headache ANYONE should ever recieve when dealing with something that YOU paid for trusting what they speak & advertise. So instead of fixing my problem , I left the whole service. Good Ridden Metro Customer Service

I went to metro pcs at plaza mexico 3200 mulford ave lynwood ca 90262. Employee ID name was Esteph. She had very good customer service demeanor made me feel very comfortable and very satisfied with the customer service . Very friendly and very respectful and very helpful.. I will highly recommend that location when she is working and I will only go to that store from now on good customer service is hard to come by these days.

Do not go to metro PC in Killeen Texas on rancier avenue they do a horrible job of customer service I tell you a short quick story,l needed to file a claim on my cell phone insurance, I paid the $60 in the store waited three days for my phone take it back up to the store in the lady asked me did I have the mail package that it came in and said no so I had to go back to the house to get the mail package it came in, since you want to see my ID until I didn't have it which I did but I didn't see no reason for her to have it when I bought the phone from there the same store in the guy that was in there that sold me the phone was next to her he could have easily vouch for me is still he told me the same thing I think they just did not want to do any work so imma just wait until the store close and wait for the minutes to come up there and talk to them and see what will happen but I think I am going to cancel my service and go elsewhere

Terrible service I was scammed! I purchased service for Metro PCS in May of this year I bought a cell phone and service I paid $170 and have not been able to use my phone like I'm supposed to since day one I've been having trouble using my phone I even let them know I requested a brand new phone on the first day they told me I did not have that option I asked them why do I not have that option since I just purchased the plan hours ago they told me that they have to try to make the phone work well it's been 2 months and my phone still does not work properly I have called customer service several times I even called and talked to managers and still nothing I've been getting hung up on service interruption is ridiculous! I requested to speak to the owner of the store once I put in my request I was told I would get a call within 3 days I never got a call I went back to see why I was not getting a phone call they said they did what they said they would do which was to get a hold of the owner and they did their job and that's all they can do I said well I would like to get a new phone to the manager at the store I purchased it from that said she remembers me going through this since day one and says she can't do anything about it she says she can't even give me a new phone I then asked why she said because it's up to the owner and because the owner doesn't want to talk to me there's nothing I can do! I'm being told the only option I have is to get a refurbished phone and this is literally since the first week of me having this service I'm being told this! I was told by a customer service representative that they had 14 days to give me a brand new phone I was never given that option even though I requested it this is a terrible service they have terrible customer service terrible business ethics they scammed me out of $170 I will never recommend them to anyone do not waste your money

After being a longterm customer with another service provider, i had enough of not getting my calls amongst a host of other problems. I went to Metro PCS in Grover Beach and boy I am so happy I did . Val and the little girl were so awesome . Not only did they know their stuff but they performed miracles for me and hooked me up with a new phone new service all at what I could afford . They both really cared about the customer and went above and beyond to get me on what plan works best . Hey kudos to you both , Metro is very fortunate to have you both . If you ever want to change service with no hassle go to Metro PCS on Grand Avenue Grover Beach. They rock and go the extra mile. Charlene G

I've been with MetroPCS for years and I have always paid with my credit card online, 60.00 with no problems. So since I decided that I really don't need the full $60 plan I have internet at my home I went ahead and I downgraded to $30 a month plan. Now I try to pay my bill online and it won't accept my credit card, says it's an invalid card. Funny so I try another one of my credit cards it too is also declined saying invalid credit card. But it works everywhere else?? It's not hard to figure out why. Now they want me to pay my bill where there's a 3 or 4 dollar fee? And you know what, most people probably will just pay it because it's too much of a "hassle" to switch companies. Not me. And I found that yesterday was one of the happiest days of my life, because after two or three stressful phone calls of being accidentally disconnected I finally was able to simi talk with somebody with broken English to get my account number.
