We have been with this service for 5 years. But everytime we go to a store to upgrade our phones. They do not have any phones in stock. As a matter of fact. My husband and I were going to get 2 phones today. But they did not have the ones we wanted. Nor any other 5g phones in stock. There were only 4 phones in there entire store stock. Hopefully verizon will have more to choose from. Because this service is going to stop very soon.

I switched from boost mobile after 15 years with boost. Since day one my metro phone wouldn't text ,my mobile data turned off at random. Was told they reset my account n would take few days. After 4 or 5 times phone still not working n then was told my 15 days was up to return phone. This lasted 2 months. Never got phone working rite they offered to ship phone out for warranty but would take about 7 days n I would have to pay $25 n go with out a phone till it came back. Staff was rude n nasty. Only cared about getting u signed up with metro. I need my phone for work. So I went back to boost n same day got free phone. Never will try metro again. Was sent to metro store 5 times n hours on the phone. They get no stars. Store is on us 1 in vero Beach. Back to boost n couldn't be happier. Plus metro plans are a lot more then boost with crappy service.

I have been a customer for over 3 years and always made my payments on time or before my due date.I get paid on the 28th or 29h every month for disability. Well all I needed was 2 hours for my check to hit and I knew service would be cutoff because they are not helpful. So I hit extension just 2 hours now and they say I can't get it. I got 1 last month for a few hours . I have had 1 extension for 3 years! What a sorry company, getting maybe 14mbps! Lucky I have Xfinity Wifi at home at 60 Mbps! What a sorry company.. and customer service, what a joke.. I don't even bother to call.

SMH!!!!... where do I even start?!?!. Let's start with the constant spam calls and texts!! I am averaging 6-8 spam calls a day and about 3 texts a day. The worse part about the texts, is when they decide to put me in a group spam. Now i have 30+ people replying back.... Don't bother changing your number. I've done it 3 times and still get the same results... well at least with my new number, I don't have people from prisons calling me... so besides the calls and texts, I do get decent service.

I want to express my frustration and anger with Metro PCS store located at 514 Main Street in New Rochelle. I purchased a REVVL 4plus phone recently only to find out it was defective. I have had so many disturbing issues with the phone. Unfortunately i spoke with the manager of the store Jose P. who allowed us to come back to the store to choose another phone. I found one and then was told by the manager that he needed to contact the corporate office to get the ok for this transaction. The phone i wanted was $30 dollars more and i was willing to pay the difference. Bottom line (so as to not go into too much detail) a week passed and nobody helped me. Not the corporate office, not the store, not the boss not the manager. Nobody. I have been given million excuses, they are all beating around the bush saying i can not even get a refund and are trying to stick me with a replacement phone or a phone that i do not even want. Please do not visit this store. They do not care about you at all.

SINCE T MOBILE HAS TAKEN OVER, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. They don't know how to communicate. I know more than they do.

I've gotten multiple phones from Metro PCS and they all have the same problem which leads me to believe it's the crappy service rather than a phone issue, the texts won't send, you won't receive texts or calls, and when you try to make a call, it doesn't ring. We've paid hundreds for a service that doesn't even work. Besides it being inconvenient, it's frustrating because as a mother, if my kids had to call me from school, I wouldn't even know because my calls don't even come through. And I'm not in a rural town or out where there's no towers. Also, I pay for highspeed data, but when I'm actually having to use data instead of wifi, it takes forever. Literally reminds me of dial up. I checked to see how much data I had used to see if somehow I used it up, but had only used 2 gigs. What a scam 🙄 Metro PCS is just a crappy company.

IF YOUVE BEEN A LONGTIME, (OVER 15 YEARS) LOYAL CUSTOMER, AND YOUR PHONE BECOMES INOPERATIVE, YOU CANNOT BUY AN OLDER, USED PHONE, OR RECEIVE THE "NEW CUSTOMER" DISCOUNT TO PURCHASE A NEW ONE. SO EVENTUALLY YOU'LL TRANSFER TO ANOTHER PHONE COMPANY, DUE TO METRO PCS'S UNAPPRECIATION OF THEIR LONG TIME CUSTOMERS. BEING A LOYAL LONG TIME CUSTOMER, MEANS NOTHING TO METR0 PCS. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS, AND NO REWARDS.
