The service is garbage they tell you unlimited, but on an unlimited plan they allow you 33gb, after that they purposely disconnect you from having data.the mobile hot spots are trash and most times won't even let you use the data you have.extemely poor as far as product and services.

This company has employees who run remote operations that expose data and information stored on your cellphone to unauthorized third parties. I’ve got proof!!!

My 5G phone began having network connection problems after 2 months. After calling 611 for troubleshooting help 6 times and talking to reps in another country, I'm still stuck with a bad phone that doesn't make calls half of the time. They sure like to apologize a lot though and pretend they're empathetic. Saying that their service is useless is an understatement.

MetroPCS charge alot for low end phones. You have to pay alot for upgrades. I switched to cricket. They treat customers right!

Joseph helped us on January 5th this year getting new phones and a tablet we just moved to Henderson from Los Angeles and our phones were to old for some new apps we needed. This was at the Sunset / Mark store. He gave us such great service and handled other customers and he was the only one working. Professional and friendly person. Tom and Victoria Lucio.

Okay so here's my opinion about MetroPCS they have such a s***** assert customer service to the point where at one time not too long ago run October when I had my old number I requested a replacement phone device which was the same model as the one that I originally had and my assurance thing considered my refurbished phone which was considered the replacement phone device as my upgrade that I was supposed to have gotten about a month ago since my phone upgrade had been over long overdue so therefore my fiance and I her and I had to change our numbers and get brand new phones and the gentleman at the store on 23rd and Sterling told us that our phone bill would still remain $95 as it was before and come to find out just recently tonight going into Sunday morning at approximately 2:06 a.m. our phone bill was not only canceled with autopay but also we had to make a payment in order for our phones to get turned back on and the customer service lady said that we would have to talk to the gentleman at the store location that we got our phones at in regards to our phone insurance plan because supposedly our phone insurance was supposed to have been at least $3 each then come to find out just now that it was $20 and the lady was very rude very ill mannered so unprofessional this damn company needs to step up their game badly and no I would not recommend MetroPCS to anybody so anybody who is out there that is checking into change phone plans do not go to MetroPCS
