In the Washington, DC area I find the staff at metro PCS to be unprofessional. I went to one MetroPCS store and the staff member was playing loud music and talking to her boyfriend on her cell phone while trying to provide me service. I went to another MetroPCS store where a staff member was eating chicken while trying to provide service to me. Also, MetroPCS doesn't honor warranties on the phones. I had a phone that failed to charge after one week. I was told that my phone cannot be replaced because of some "physical damage" not covered by a warranty and I had to pay a $50.00 deductable to replace the phone. I would never recommend MetroPCS to anyone. My experience dealing with MetroPCS was very disappointing.

It doesn't get more metro than inner-city Detroit, and the internet sucks. And the store charges me 4 bucks to pay my bill. They don't care about their customers. Absolutely terrible.

I think metro is very unprofessional and after dealing with Frankie a customer service rep I can not believe how much my customer satisfaction did not matter to her or anyone else at that! Metro sucks

I upgraded and this phone will not let anyone call me it keeps dropping! I'm not happy with metro anymore, when T mobile took over it became a mess! Now this phone says no wifi. I had this phone three days still no one can call me, I can't even get my calls for my appointments. This is crazy I pay my bill every month on-time. So please get get the service on so I can receive calls!

I had MetroPcs I couldn't get a signal anywhere near my house or my friends house, I had to use wifi calling,. I called them day 3 of their service only to be told they would lock my phones I'm buying threw smartpay unless I had them for 180 day,. Every time I called they would say call back in 180 days more,. Finally my 180 days are up and it's still a fight to get my iPhone 11 unlocked that I bought and paid for. Oh and they say iPhone will automatically unlock after 180 days is another lie, day 187 I have gotten nothing but lie after lie with MetroPcs,. Hey MetroPcs unlock my iphone change your name to MetroPos.

I would of left zero stars if able. I've been with Metro PCS since day 1 and let me tell you that there quality of phone is crap. The free life line phone is even better then what Metro pushes on the consumer leaving them thinking they have a great phone. My phone is constantly giving me problems and doesn't work right half the time. When I went in for a upgrade, the new phone was worst then the one I had. I am a patient person but broke my phone twice from it stressing me out. Adam Sandler needs to come up with a song about a piece of **** phone because Metro has cornered the market on **** phones. Take care of your health especially your blood pressure, don't buy there crap.

Horrible. Disappointed No means NO

Llevo desde el 2017 con el servicio mas caro que tiene Metro y desde ahi empezaron los problemas. Tengo muy poca señal en donde vivo, el internet es demasiado inestable y se corta todo el tiempo dando lugar a lagazos impresionantes que hacen a cualquiera enfadar, no puedo ver directos a causa de los cortes constantes y jugar a videojuegos online es una tortura pues las subidas de ping son bestiales y constantes. He hablado a atención a clientes mas de 10 veces y no solucionan nada. Según me dijeron el año pasado, desde mi código postal les habían estado llegando muchas quejas pero aun asi no ponen una solución. No pido que esté bueno el servicio, solamente que esté decente, no es mucho pedir. Hay muchos puntos muertos en donde vivo, es decir, lugares en los que el internet no funciona y tengo que levantar el celular o hacerlo hacia los lados hasta que agarre la maldita señal y cargue el video o la búsqueda que estoy haciendo, porque incluso una simple búsqueda en Google no se realiza si me encuentro en uno de estos puntos muertos. Con las llamadas me tengo que mover a un lugar en el que haya señal porque si no escucho cortada la voz de la otra persona.
