This company has terrible customer service. If you need to return or exchange the machine for any reason, you have to pay return shipping and can’t use USPS. ($89) They did offer me $20 to keep the machine. I’ll just sell it on marketplace but buyers should know the customer service, return policy isn’t ideal.

We had the smaller one but it was not big enough , bought the biggest one they have it is working fine and it's much easier holds more litter too

From placing the order to receiving the product, everything went quite well. The litter box was easy to set up and we are very happy with our purchase!

I had purchased this product as a way to keep my dog from snacking on the cat litter. BAD NEWS: The waste container is pretty darn small so be prepared to empty it every couple of days. The weight sensor is completely inaccurate - almost to the point of laughably incorrect. GOOD NEWS: Quiet, easy to use, and my dog is no longer able dip into the cat litter for a midnight snack!

My cats would not use the box

Everything, when I ordered bags you said they were on their way. A few days later, you cancelled the order because you were out of stock. They when I asked for any size bag because I was totally out. You told me no again. Walmart bags and rubber bands are a perfect fit. Your machine is great, your coustomer service, not so much.
